Pay with CA$H and you get discount for total bill. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I walked in and was able to sit down immediately - no wait at all. They have a big room next to the front receptionist area so just walk over - more privacy as well. Staff was attentive whenever I need something or have questions. Steak Pho - No ngo gai or green lime but it was still good. Could use more meats though. The broth was quite good and you can taste the Pho flavor. It came out pretty quick. Lots of customer order Pho tonight. Value platter was ok. I wanted to try it but if you like certain Pho or Rice plate, I would just order those. Next time, I'll probably stick to white rice. The flavor rice was not my preferred taste. Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio was good as well. Meats were well marinated, perfectly grilled and tender. Sauce was right on - not too salty or too light. Same as the Rice Plate - good. The flavor here defintely has that touch of authentic Vietnamese food and we don't have to drive all the way to Bolsa. Prices were reasonable. Parking - plenty in the front.

The food was ok like most of the reviews say...standard issue not spectacular BUT beware when paying! After you order someone comes & tells you if you pay in cash you get a discount. They don't bring you an itemized bill & when we asked for our check they said just pay up front. When we got to there we asked what the discount was if we payed cash. The person at the counter said they didn't know & to ask him. "Him" being the guy who told us about the discount who I assume is the owner. He proceeds to tally up our bill & it comes out to $44.56. He says just pay $42 & I'm like $42?! (Because that seemed like a lot) Then he says just pay $40...sounds like a decent discount...until you realize what we ordered!We ordered: Chicken pho 13.95Charbroiled beef 13.75Lychee drink 5.95=33.65 plus tax at 7.75% = 36.26!!!Where did this guy get $44.56?! He's charging us MORE even with the discount!Very shady.....if you eat here just make sure you get an itemized bill & check it before you pay.

Good service, pretty large restaurant! Nothing fancy inside but good for satisfying a viet food craving without having to go all the way to Little Saigon. My friend got pho and I did a vermicelli noodle. I did feel like maybe it was a little light on meat but in the end, it was enough though! Easy parking and they take credit card too.

After giving up on finding a parking spot at the Diamond Jamboree shopping plaza, I searched for a good place to eat nearby, and I'm glad I came across this spot. While the restaurant isn't fancy, it was still clean and had a lot of tables to accommodate customers. I was seated immediately on a busy Saturday night and served right away. To be clear, it wasn't empty. There were plenty of other customers already enjoying their meals. The server was polite and attentive, and the prices were surprisingly much more affordable than other pho places I've been to, without compromising on quality.

The broth of the pho noodle seemed to contain A LOT of MSG. Had to drink two glasses of water and still felt thirsty when eating the pho..

pho bac ky is an unassuming place for delicious vietnamese food in santa ana. service is quick and efficient. ambiance is very casual, the interior is pretty standard for being a restaurant in a normal plaza. the pho comes out hot and fresh, and the broth is perfect! i ordered the large and my dad ordered the small but they came out in the same bowls so we were unsure if they were actually large and small or if they maybe made a mistake. my large shrimp pho had 7 shrimps. the shrimp spring rolls were standard, nothing to write home about. the chicken vermicelli was also huge! but i feel that the charboiled chicken could be a bit more charred for more flavor. the pho is definitely the star and i would come back for it. highly recommend checking it out!

Still a great local go to for Vietnamese with friendly service. I always get the pho and vermicelli.

Best pho in Tustin. Service is so nice too. Best option outside of Westminster. The broth is soooo good and they give such a good amount of meat. Don't sleep on this little gem guys.
