Hole in the wall, hidden gem, great food & great value.... Perla's falls into all these categories. A humble shop behind a much larger center, it always has a steady stream of customers and they always consistently serve delicious Mexican food. I love enchiladas, especially with green sauce and they have a very good version here. Parking is easy. Casual. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service is excellent. Please come and create your own experience.

Decent little hole in the wall, not stellar in my opinion.Tacos: 2.5. The steak fajitas taco was solid, the mole chicken had too much cinnamon, and the al pastor was def on the sweet side (some may like that). Asada tacos were ok. Portions are what you expect for Taco Tuesday, no complaints. Sides: 2. Rice was good. Chips were crunchy and seemed fresh enough. The guacamole was where they crossed a line. You pay guac prices, you don't expect it to be 50% tomato/onion/cilantro filler! I know the economy is tough, but man. Chocolate churros were super sugary outside, greasy and weird tasting inside. Extras: 3. They include plenty of salsa of varying strengths, plus pickled carrots (pickled jalapeños would be nice). And expected utensils. Service 5: Friendly, and fast. Everything was correct. I will give them another chance since I'm a sucker for tortas, and maybe it's not fair to judge based on Taco Tuesday offerings. But that guac...

I am usually a fan of hole in the walls but this one didn't quite hit the mark. I chose this place because I am a sucker for albondigas and after reading a few reviews on this place I decided to check it out. This restaurant is located in the back of a shopping center, so keep your eyes open. It's small & clean. They have a huge menu and it looks like they offer a little bit of everything. Chips & salsa are complimentary, which is always a plus for me. I was satisfied with both the chips & mild salsa. Then I ordered the albondigas soup and I was disappointed. Good size bowl with fresh veggies and 3 nice size meatballs. I didn't like the seasoning to the actual broth. My husband ordered the diablo shrimp which he said were good and also very spicy. He liked the beans as well. Prices are decent and service was fine. I personally wouldn't go back, but as always, I encourage you to try it for yourself.

Always great portion sizes and quick service. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Parking lot is spacious as well. Lots of options for breakfast, and the prices are unbeatable. Not too busy during lunch time which is a plus.

I love this place. I love the fact that their food is delicious. I love that their portion sizes are normal, and not piddly little servings. I love that I can get tacos here for under $2 on taco Tuesday. I love their albondigas soup. I love even just their chips and salsa. And I love that when I walk in it's full of people enjoying their meal - usually a good sign that the food is good. I highly recommend this little spot. That's all I have to say about that.

This place is top tier; I mean the prices are truly unbeatable. For a burrito and a taco I only paid ~$13. The food was good too! We waited maybe about 10 minutes for the food to come out and the workers were friendly. It's a small place but there is seating inside and a couple tables outside if you're not on the go. The meat was tender and everything was perfectly balanced in the burrito. I would absolutely come back when I'm in the area.

Perla's Taqueria may not be the flashiest spot in town, but what it lacks in décor, it more than makes up for in authentic, flavorful Mexican dishes that hit the spot every time.Photo - https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=O6EBodP3Fgu_n67efSKnBQ&start=1752&select=aIG5wZQWnJHtanPppmu_agFrom the first bite, it's clear Perla's takes pride in serving traditional Mexican food with bold flavors. The tacos, particularly the carne asada and al pastor, are the stars of the menu. The meat is perfectly seasoned and grilled, with a tender texture that pairs well with the fresh, handmade tortillas. The salsa bar adds a nice touch, allowing you to customize each bite to your liking, whether you prefer mild, smoky, or spicy. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality and portions. Even the combo plates, which come with rice, beans, and your choice of entrée, are hearty enough to fill you up without breaking the bank. If you're hungry, you'll definitely get your money's worth here.Though it's a casual, order-at-the-counter spot, the staff is always warm and welcoming. They're happy to offer recommendations if you're unsure what to order, and they get your food out quickly without sacrificing quality. The interior is clean but very plain, with limited seating that can get cramped during peak hours. This place is a hidden gem for me. They have an affordable taco Tuesday with at least two different size tacos. Several types of meat to choose from and four different salsa choices: Mild, hot, verde and habanero. The fried fish tacos are great and carne asada has a tasty flavor. In the past I enjoyed the Al pastor burritos. They also serve breakfast and other food like hot dogs and hamburgers. The parking lot can be tight, especially around lunchtime so I usually park next-door.

Best tacos for convenience and price. Honestly so much easier than LA taco truck and personally I like a lot. A bit slow so service could be better but can't complain for the price.

I found this place on my Siri recommendations and thought I would give it a chance. The staff was friendly and the ambiance is good but the breakfast burrito needs some work. The picture below highlights the major issues and these issues are what kept me from finishing the burrito. I don't like to waste food but this burrito was the exception. I hope the rest of their food is good.
