Papa D'z Pizza Fresca

We had Papa D'z bring their mobile oven to our event at Cerritos College, and their pizza was a hit!!! The staff had no problem serving over 100 people. Not only do they have GREAT customer service, but their pizza has amazing flavor. You can tell that it is quality pizza made with fresh ingredients. We are already thinking of what events we can host, just to have Papa D'z again =)

Had the chance to try a few slices of this yummy pizza. My favorite was the supreme; the veggies were so fresh and the sauce is delicious! the barbacoa pizza is another favorite. who woulda thought this woulda worked on a pizza!! the beef was so tasty and the pizza had a little spicy kick, delish! definitely going to have this again! and again......

All i have to say is WOW!!!! We had Papa D'Z Pizza Fresca cater my sisters wedding.Everyone loved thier pizzas! There is something about food made with love, and Tom is a very passoinate about his work.Back to the pizza, i had his breakfast pizza! holly cow i love breakfast! this breakfast pizza tasted like it came from an expensive brunch place. the indredints were so fresh and ooooo that oozy egg yolk ( asked for oozy egg yolk ). At one point the dance floor was empty because everyone was running over for the pizza. hahahaha it looked like everyone was there to review the pizza and forgot about the wedding.Worht every penny! Great service and love for pizza.

This is great artisanal pizza!! Ingredients are fresh and their menu is incredible. They have so many unique pizzas to choose from as well as your standards.

My friends and I ordered the Margarita pizza when Papa D'z was in Orange County. OMFG! Pizza was the F&CKIN shit, deliciouis! We only ordered one small pizza between the four of us. However, after finishing it ; we had wished we ordered more = ( ... Definitely going to have Papa D'z Pizza Fresca cater my next event!!!!

Holy crap, pizza was bombay! Papa D'z Pizza Fresca was in OC for a catering party and we got the pleasure to enjoy the margarita pie. Pizza was made fresh to order in front of me. All fresh ingredients. The aroma and taste, OMG! My daughter couldn't resist the aroma coming from the pizza while we were driving. She had to try a slice, and another slice, and another! It was sooo addicting! By far, one of the best margarita pizza I've ever had. I can't wait to try out the other specialties they have on their menu!

I am a huge fan of Pizza! I am a true lover of classic pizza; good crust, great sauce, gooey cheese, maybe a few toppings. So when I heard about Papa D'z I was a bit turned off. I felt there was no reason for something so simple and great to be turned into "Gourmet". Let me tell you how WRONG I was! I went to an event for my work and these guys had things like a spicy barbacoa (sp) and a chicken adobo pizza that blew my mind. The thought that went into the flavor and texture combinations is unbelievable. The taste complexity of each pizza was like visiting a different part of the world. I hate to say it but until Chef Tom and Papa D'z came along I was living in the dark ages of pizza. Thank you Chef Tom for bringing me to the light!

excuse my french but holy shit, this pizza is like an orgasm in your mouth. wow. at first i was a lil skeptical on the whole barbacoa pizza and adobo pizza which is a filipino fusion pizza but damn when i took a bite into each of those slices is was like i died and went to heaven. hands down this has to be the best pizza ive ever tasted in my life. i have traveled to different states, and countries in search for the best tasting pizza and i can honestly say that my search is over. i can not wait to try all the other delicious flavors these guys have to offer.

You have not had pizza until you've had pizza from Papa D'z Pizza! The pizza is meticulously crafted with the finest ingredients and attention to detail. The salads are of the highest quality and flavorful to the last bite! The services levels are exceptional and they courteous and professional. Just in case, the pizza is truly amazing! Tom and his assistant go out their way to meet every need of their customers! We will definitely use them again for our next big event! Thanks again for an amazing job! Highly recommend them! I hired Papa D'z Pizza for a birthday party about two weeks ago. All I have to say is that the pizza was AAAA-MAZING. I'm not a pizza kind of girl but their pizza was so delicious. The crust was not dense but light and with a light crunch. I had ordered the Spicy Barbacoa (my favorite), Spicy Shrimp Alfredo (a big hit with my guest), Marguerite (my husbands favorite) and Pepperoni for the kids which flew off the table. My guest loved them ALL!!! Besides the great pizza these guys were professionals (and not bad looking either). Returned my calls/text/e-mails immediately, answered all my questions, ARRIVED WHEN THE SAID THEY WOULD and delivered an outstanding product. For sure I would not hesitate to call them again for another event!
