Yummmm!! I'm obsessed with this restaurant. It's fresh, delicious Greek food. I love the strawberry date salad with a steak panini sandwich. The Brie chicken salad is excellent as well. We've never been disappointed choosing Panini Kabob!

I love PKG but this time the food was not the biggest star. The restaurant was very busy-- 2 20+ parties, a large catering order, various to-go orders and then the regular patronage. Every member of the team was on 100%, trying to appease a very needy party, quick service, true teamwork with all staff covering each other as needed. This location stood out for the teamwork alone. I would trust them with a big party any day of the week! Way to go.

The first time I had their food, I placed a large catering order for a baby shower. The food was good then so I decided to go to their restaurant. This time I order their chicken soup and strawberry salad with chicken, both times were just right. Chicken isn't always my fav only because sometimes it can be dry and this was just right. The ambiance and restaurant were inviting. The waitress was pleasant. I would definitely come back again!!!

Mediterranean food is not at all on top of my list of restaurants to dine at, but we took out our nephew for his birthday and Mediterranean cuisine is one of his favorites, so finally had a reason to go to Panini Kabob Grill. I'm not new to Mediterranean food as we got an abundance of it when we visited Israel and Jordan. I was happy with what we ordered. The family meal they offer was perfect for us as a party of five, which ended up being more food because my wife ordered the flat iron beef shish kabob since she doesn't eat chicken and our grand nephew wanted the wrap. It's good we didn't order appetizers or we definitely would had too much food. The prices here are pretty reasonable. The food was very good. The chicken slightly dry but has flavor. The beef a little chewy but also had good flavor. I was also surprised with how busy they were but realized that there were a few empty tables but a long line of people waiting to be seated, which tells me that they are probably short staffed. I would like to make a second visit to try some other entrees that I'm not familiar with.

Their Flat Iron Steak Shish Kabob was tasty! Super tender and soft. Portion size was pretty good, but it is a little pricey. This place does get busy, but has a lot of indoor and outdoor seatings. It is pretty nice and spacious inside.

9/21/24 It's both my parents' 55th wedding anniversary & my sister's birthday celebration, she made the reservation. This place used to be a Filipino restaurant & it has gone through a major make over, it looks great! We were seated promptly once the majority have arrived & were greeted by staff, water served. Celine was our server, she was friendly & attentive of our needs to ensure our dining experience was pleasant & enjoyable. Without prompting, she offered to place our cake on the fridge until its desert time. Ordering was easy as she went around our table to get things started. I ordered a kaboodeh combo consisting of salad, basmati rice , tzatziki and grilled veggies(bell peppers, onions & tomatoes. Hubby ordered a shrimp kabob combo. My sisters ordered the flat iron steak kabob & also kaboodeh combo. My brother shared his steak kabob combo with his wife, my nephews ordered pasta & a chicken panini--but they brought a salmon panini by mistake (which he ate anyway, his chicken didn't show up). My mom requested to dine here because she said her food was really good & tender last time she dined with her friends. Not this time..She said the meat was too tough to chew, I tried it and she was absolutely right. My parents were sharing the combo & didn't like it (i wouldn't have either) my dad ordered a salmon panini. I must say, the pasta was really good & flavorful. My dish was alright, the kaboodeh was not nearly as tasty (seasoning) as I'd like. The basmati was pretty good & the salad was fresh with a good portion of avocado. The portions are fairly huge. When you've had the quality from Open Sesame, everything seems to pale in comparison,The service from Celine was very much appreciated. She took out the cake & even brought some plates for us to serve with, it was very kind & thoughtful of her. Overall our experience was very good.Parking is shared among businesses & could be challenging during peak hours.

Panini kabob grill always hits when I'm craving Mediterranean food! Since this place is across the mall & we came on the weekend...it was pretty busy & service was kinda slow. ITS OKAY THOUGH!! Food is always worth it. The meat is so juicy tender & made so well. Even the Greek salad is so so fresh & crunchy & yummy! Perfect for a family dinner.

I really like Mediterranean food but, this visit was a little disappointing. Earlier this year, I raved about Panini Kabob Grill in downtown Los Angeles. So I thought this Cerritos location should be very good too.On a weekend afternoon, the parking in the plaza where this restaurant shares w/several other businesses is super busy! Cars eagerly await other cars to exit. The front of the house welcomed us but, chose to seat us right next to another family only separated by the glass wall. We opted to move to another table and there were plenty of other tables available. The starter pita bread and hummus was tasty and the hubby got their namesake panini. He liked what he got. I liked my salad and falafel wrap. Just wasn't wowed by anything we ordered. The DTLA location is definitely superior to this one.Just OK at 3 stars and probably would not return to this one.
