Absolutely love this place! I had their eggs benedict for the first time ever and was obsessed especially as someone who doesn't enjoy eggs or bacon haha! I also tried their chai latte which was prepared to perfection. I wish I took photos but unfortunately my food and beverage were gone within minutes. Service was great as the cashier was super sweet and patient with my indecision. I couldn't decide between the French Burrito or Eggs Benny -- which I hear are great options!! Ambiance was welcoming, clean and busy! Prepare for a wait and have a great brunch here with your family and friends

I opted to go for a less expensive food piece so I could add a pastry and more pricey java.HAM and CHEESE CROISSANT:-- nice buttery croissant-- softer vs. stiff and crunchy once heated-- nice gruyere cheese as I recall-- yum-- thin hamRATING = APECAN PIE TART:-- served cool, no warmth and not even room temp made it a little lackluster with taste muted-- medium sweet or tad over-- nice rendition-- needed heat or at least room temp, cool factor sabotaged it big timeRATING = B+ICED VIETNAMESE COFFEE:-- not like the ones at most Vietnamese cafes where you get 2 ounces of coffee and 14 ounces of ice; plenty of coffee here-- errs on the darker side vs. perfect balance of bold and creamy/milky but it is close to perfect-- up to medium sweet-- strong bold java-- not thin in mouth, very good and strong and tastyRATING = A-STAFF efficient and helpful. This is becoming one of our favorite local brunch spots.

Pandor is a really solid spot for breakfast or lunch. They have great quality coffee drinks (my go to is an oatmilk latte which they do really well!), pastries, and breakfast/lunch entrees. You order at the counter, but the seating is more of a restaurant vibe versus fast food. It would be a great spot to meet a friend for a meal and catch up. Minus one star because when I came today, I was picking up pastries to bring to work and also ordered my drink. I had to wait several minutes and noticed that there were a lot of workers, but none of them were making any drinks. I finally asked and it prompted them to get started on my order. While I was waiting, I noticed the drink area was a big mess. There were a lot of dirty dishes and wrappers, and spilled coffee... With nobody making my drink!

This is my first time trying this place. I had the Oeufs Bènèdicte florentine for my meal. One egg was pouched perfectly the other was over cooked but overall had good flavor. I tried the Honey lavender latte. It was delicious. The restaurant was very busy for a Friday morning. I would definitely go back. The baked goods looked amazing.

Still the best breakfast option in south county. I've tried many other restaurants around but they don't compare. The coffee and hot chocolate is always amazing. My favorite dish is the Newporter, egg, ham and cheese on a croissant. But the crepes and Eggs Benedict are fabulous as welll, I honestly don't think you can go wrong. The service is always friendly and quick, again I've never had a bad experience here!

I totally love love this place !! Pandor is My new discovery. Loved it so much the first time that I went back the following week . The service is quick the staff is very helpful and friendly the food is great I even like the Ambiance !! Great spot to get a quick no fuss breakfast either a sit in or to go . I ordered the bacon and egg on croissant which was fast and delicious and the cappuccino is awesome everytime!! To be honest I was so shocked at the one star bad review that I thought it's either a competitor or fake bcuz it's nothing like that ! I highly recommend this place and will go back for sure .

My first time here. I ordered the green matcha latte with soy and added lavender. It was tasty. The add ins make a 12oz pretty pricy though. Service was good. Plenty of seating inside and on patio. Pastries looked pretty good but didn't indulge today.

Obsessed. It was a favorite spot when we lived in Irvine and now it's near our home too. We love that it's not in a very crowded plaza and the vibes feel much cozier. They have plenty of indoor seating and a dedicated patio seating with umbrellas, which is so nice when the weather is wonderful.I always gravitated toward paninis or sandwiches, but I've been trying to branch out toward other things. I recently tried the Newporter off their breakfast menu and it was fabulous. You get the option for their ciabatta baguette or croissant and I had to do the croissant. Soft, flakey and buttery, the croissant was so noms. Then it's topped with ham, cheese, 2 sunny side up eggs and bechamel sauce. Breakfast plates comes with potatoes or salad and you can add fruit salad or sub for egg whites for an extra $2.Huns gets the bacon and egg sandwich. It's his absolute go-to with a side of fries with extra ketchup. We come through once a month and I'll eventually make my way through the menu. Can't wait to try them all.

Their menu has so many appealing dishes to try out! It took a while for me to figure out what I wanted, but finally ended up with a breakfast sandwich and a few pastries. - Newporter | It's an open-faced croissant with large slices of ham, over easy eggs, melty swiss cheese, and béchamel sauce. So much flavor and double the eggs means double the yolks to break for more dipping sauce. It comes with a side of breakfast potatoes to complete this breakfast ensemble. - Almond Croissant | Crispy, flaky exterior while the inside is soft and airy. Sliced almonds and powered sugar adorn the top of the croissant. It's sweet, nutty, and buttery; a perfect balance of indulgence. - Apricot Tart | A sweet and tangy pastry with a flaky crust that crumbles delicately with each bite. This place is popular, so lines will sometimes form out the door during peak breakfast hours. Get there early or during off peak hours.

I don't how we haven't been coming here all along being locals in Mission Viejo. Best breakfast hands down. The bread on the ouefs benedicte is incredible. Everything was delicious! Latte, hot chocolate, almond croissant, croissant sandwich, and the list goes on and on. The place is super cute. The pastries...wow the pastries. We've definitely been missing out. Will be coming here more often, possible once a week, maybe more, LoL.
