I wish this was a sit down place! We called to see what the situation was when we arrived, the worker was really nice and explained how to order, he even texted the link over. It's a really cool concept to order and pick up in a locker style drop box though. You place your order online, once it is ready, you scan your order screen on a tablet and the door pops open. The wait was not long at all at 10:30 pm, it took about 15 minutes to prepare.chicken katsu curry 3/5 - The curry sauce had a good spice level, the rice was fresh and well cooked, the chicken itself was not as flavorful but the katsu batter was crispy.pork katsu curry 5/5 - For this one, it was spot on. The curry sauce had a good spice level, the rice was fresh and well cooked, the pork itself was so flavorful and the katsu batter was crispy but also had softness to it, the perfect combination of texture and flavor. Chicken & Kurobota Pork Pot Stickers 5/5 - Very flavorful on it's own, but the sauce made it perfect! They were a great size too, perfect amount of filling and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed that they came as a 6 piece, most places will only give you 5 which makes it difficult to evenly share.Overall, we will definitely be coming back! They are open late and have really good quality food.

My go to place to eat late at night! Everything I've tried so far has a great flavor. Definitely recommend 100%

It's 10pm on a Monday night and I've been working OT. I tried to stay full on a fiber/protein drink since it was so late, but my tummy and tired brain took the reigns and launched Yelp. With all this cold weather, I've been craving curry every week. Chances were slim to find Japanese curry on a late Monday evening, but decided to search Yelp anyway.Wow! Could this be true?! Could a place called Orimori serve late night Japanese grub for pickup or delivery at this hour on a Monday night?? I was skeptical, but I submitted an order of Pork Katsu Curry and Cha Shu Fried Rice anyway. No joke, my order arrived hot in 35minutes!Both dishes were neatly packed with utensils and napkins. ((Awesome!)) I went in for the fried rice first (my guilty pleasure) . It smelled like yummy roasted garlic and tasted great. It lacked veggies like carrots, onions or peas, but it didn't matter green onions, eggs and plenty of garlic was present. I wouldn't say this tasted like traditional Japanese Chashu fried rice, but I liked it a lot. The only thing I wished there was was Tsukemono or some kind of pickled veggie on the side. The roasted garlic, however, was so good it sent me straight to heaven.As for the Pork Katsu, it was nice and crispy. It had great flavor on its own. I found the sprinkle of furikake (seaweed, seasame rice seasoning) a bit sweet. It was interesting to have it sprinkled on the katsu. The curry was a bit on the thin side, but was packed with flavor and a nice kick. I pretty much lapped it with my spoon as it completely satisfied my curry craving. I might have licked the paper container it arrived in clean... LolWho am I kidding? I seriously cannot complain as I am here eating Japanese food delivered to me at 11p on a Monday night. Whaaaaaaat?!?!!!! Yes, that's right! This might be my first order, but definitely won't be my last. I think I'll have to try the Yuzu Cheesecake next.Thanks for staying open late and giving hungry people quality late night grub options, Orimori. Well done.

Pretty overpriced for small portions, I was disappointed. My chicken katsu curry rice tasted like it had been frozen and then fried in an oil that was already used for fish. I don't like fish so it was pretty gross for me, I ended up tossing my food after eating about half :(

Ordered here during our stay at the Viv from Door Dash. Quick delivery service Karaage Original cheesecake Chasu fried rice Katsu curry It was so good, we took photos either too late.. or not at all :P Definitely recommend this place!

Getting takoyaki delivered is usually a gamble because you'll be dealing with potential sog or rubbery texture from the filling. Luckily for me, Orimori is honestly just built differently as a restaurant. Absolutely should've ordered more than I did, but I was playing it safe for my first order from them.Aside from the takoyaki, I also ordered some fried chicken katsu curry and some garlic albacore sushi along with some citrus calpico to round it out. The sushi was really nice! Decadent, fresh, you can tell that they don't skimp in the ingredients department (which is a relief for a comfort food restaurant) and take care of their patrons.Strangely enough, the only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the rice that was included with the chicken katsu curry. I enjoyed the overall dish however, definitely on the better better of Asian comfort food you can bring to you via delivery. Next time, I'm gonna stop in and eat in person

Sushi was mediocre, all four rolls i ordered the fish arrived warm.. but i mean i guess it was 1 am so I couldn't expect much. Also the edamame was charred :(

The customer Service was so awesome this was are first time ordering the food was so good I had no complaints we had the fried rice, chicken katsu with curry, shrimp Yaki udon was so good and it was take out so worth it

Open late and good delivery; most importantly, the flavor of the Shrimp Yaki Udon makes me want to subscribe to this restaurant if that were a thing. Also got yellowtail sashimi, tempura philly roll, and burito; they were all good, but the burito stuck out of those 3. Again Shrimp Yaki Udon (SYU) is a guaranteed win. PS- i think SYU has onions, but they're well cooked and didn't bother my stomach if so.

I've ordered here a few times, and I like that they're open late and offer pretty good sushi for a decent price. But I nearly choked on a massive piece of fish bone in their albacore sushi roll--and for that reason, I feel compelled to warn this establishment (and its patrons) about this dangerous oversight. I understand that eating sushi is not without its risks, but this is the first time in my (too many) years of experience of inhaling sushi that I nearly died. I really hope they pay closer attention to the quality of the fish they serve.
