Good vibe! Nice decorations! Good drinks! The only thing that I did not like at all is the seating arrangements. They squish you in a table with a total of 11 people. The standing area isn't even free range to roam. Which it should be.

On the evening of 12/9/2023, I attended a housewarming party in Anaheim, CA for the Lopez family. Olga's Cocina catered the food for the party and we vividly remember there were 3 people working the event that evening. Two of those people I had a nice conversation with- I even asked them where they are located. The lady working under the tent mentioned to me their "head chef" was out for the night, so her "husband" prepared the meat for the housewarming party. Her husband who was present that evening was the same person who mentioned they don't have a restaurant location, only food truck and catering services. I did not think anything of it, as the tacos were decent. In total, I had the asada and al pastor tacos, tried all their salsas and the horchata that was made. Later that night around 1:00 am, I woke up running to my bathroom and was throwing up viciously every 10 minutes from 1:00am to 6:00 in the morning. I had THE WORST food poisoning I have ever had in my life, and my brother and his girlfriend also suffered from the horrific food poisoning. My brother even went to urgent care to get a liquid IV from how bad the food poisoning was. I was on bed rest from Sunday-Wednesday, and could not eat full solid foods until Thursday evening. When I would try to drink Gatorade or eat saltine crackers, I would throw up continuously. I was out from work that week and even tried calling Olga's Cocina several times from my 562 cell phone number, no response or call back after leaving several voicemails. This is a serious health hazard that they should take more precautions on. A few of my coworkers also attended the housewarming and two of them also were out sick from work due to the food poisoning. It would have been nice hearing back from these people or even a simple apology, but couldn't even get that. I do not recommend eating here at all due to the 4 days I unbearably had to deal with. I did not want to leave a bad review whatsoever, but the no call back shows these people do not care about their customers or their health.

Must try! Actually authentic Mexican food with handmade tortillas. The quesatacos and burritos were amazing. Can't wait to go back and try the chilaquiles and menudo that everyone raves about.

The food at Olga's Cocina is so BOMB! I had the carne asada tacos. The tortillas are handmade, which is a plus. I highly recommend this place!

Today i tried Olgas Cocina I had there tauqitos with Al Pastor and it was bomb Olgas was at a car show in Downey and i decited to try there food service was great will give you samples of there juice peeps you try this place .

Olga's Cocina serves some of the most authentic Mexican food I've ever had! Personally I loved the Menudo and Al Pastor Tacos, hands down some of the greatest I've ever had! The handmade tortillas really seal the deal. Not only is the food amazingly delicious, but the entire team is so friendly and attentive, keep up the great work!

Amazing food with great price's definitely worth your time stopped by on a whim and will now be my new spot
