O'Neill's Bar and Grill

Here's another local gem that a lot of people forget about. Located at arroyo tribunco golf course, O'Neill's bar and grill is one of the best places around here. They have a green outdoor patio for those nice afternoons to have lunch and drinks. They also have a cozy bar with a big fireplace which is awesome. They have a lot of cool events here. Valentine's dinner st. Patrick's Day is a big deal out here. They used to have brunches but not sure if they do anymore and they always have bands. Playing. This place has some really good food. They have a good choice of smoked meats.. The prices of gone up dramatically since covid has have all restaurants but it is still a fantastic restaurant. Get on there's a list and you'll get updates on what they're having special events.

We've been coming here for years, first with the kids for fun lunches and always for Easter and Mother's Day brunch. Now that our kids are grown, we've been enjoying all their special events with bands and it's super fun. The food is getting better every year and their BBQ, which they specialize in, is very tasty. What I really enjoy is that you feel like your somewhere outside of the city. The views of the golf course and mountains are serene. Go for the food, stay for the events.

Had a wonderful dinner this evening at O'Neill's Bar and Grill. Julio was our amazing server assisted by Alex and Marsolini. The ambiance is simply amazing with golf course and mountain views. The patio area is so nice with heating and beautiful lighting. We started with drinks. Don Julio Blanco with pelligrino and three limes muddled with mint. I had a dinner salad and my wife ordered chips and salsa. For dinner my wife Brick Chicken entree entree and I had the cheeseburger with coleslaw. Both meals were excellent. Steve Dudek was playing some wonderful tunes on the saxophone and keyboard. He was fantastic and added some amazing flavor to a wonderful evening. We had creme brule and coffee for dessert. Thanks to wonderful staff, great food, terrific entertainment and a gorgeous view!Highly recommended

LBSA from CSUF had our annual dinner here and it was amazing. The service was amazing with Lazz going above and beyond. Brandon and Marsolini were very professional and helpful as well. The food was great and my group was able to have a great time.

Amazing food and drinks. The atmosphere is the best. Nice relaximg lunch with my mom while we were out shopping.

The pork chop I had here might have been the best food I have ever had! The waiter I had was great, always warm and funny. The golf course was a beautiful backdrop to a lovely birthday dinner.

This restaurant is located on a golf course if you ask for outdoor seating, you will be seated on a patio overlooking a golf course I suggest going early.We were a party of four and one child. I got the egg sandwich which was a basic egg sandwich, but it was good. It came with a choice of country potatoes, and something else. I don't remember. I got the country potatoes. They were very good and my husband got the eggs Benedict as well as the other three in our party and they devoured them so I guess they were good Kid banana walnut waffles. He didn't like anything, but I ate some of his bananas and they were good. I did not try the waffle, but it was a very large portion that we brought home for him to eat later.Our server was very friendly and took care of us quickly and efficiently we all got our meals at the same time, and we enjoyed the ambience of the golf course while eating our breakfast.We did not have any issues parking and we went around 9 AM. There were a few other tables seated with us. The breakfast was reasonably priced nowadays I don't really know what reasonably priced is, but it was OK as far as the location.

O'Neill is located at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, at the end of Avery Pkwy. It is large and spacious but the best seats are in the patio with a view of hills and the greens. Personally its view is the reason to keep coming back.Reservation is recommended if you have a large party. It seems always have several large parties meeting there at the same time.The service here is always excellent. Burgers and salads are good but I would avoid fish & chips.

First time. Sat outside, arrived around 11:30 for lunch.Service (Richie) was great. Support staff also attentive and courteous. The area overlooks a golf course which adds to a nice ambience to the experience. It has heaters overhead which was nice as it is a bit cloudy today.Food was good. Good: short rib sandwich, fries, onion rings, tomato basil soup. Ok: french dip (a bit sweet for my taste), calamari (would like it crispier). Amount was extremely filling for two.Overall, a solid place.

Had high hopes for this place tonight. The ribeye was all fat and the chicken was burnt. Highly dissapointed. Very overpriced for the quality of food.Come for the drink and view, forget the food.
