If I wanted a bagel this slowly I would've just made one myself. It's literally 11 am not even rush and this fully staffed bagel shop is defeated by a queue of three people. This shouldn't take this long it's insane.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. First of all, there's never any coffee in the urns around this time (10 am) of the morning. Secondly, I asked them to make coffee and they pointed to another urn off to the side. I filled my cup, walked away and realised after sipping that it was hazelnut. Of course, it's not labelled. Third, I was finished eating by the time I got a fresh cup of coffee. Fourth, and this is the worst of all, I purchased a jalapeño cream cheese. While I was sitting, I realised I never got my cream cheese or bagels that I bought outside of my breakfast. The cashier made me wait and then she brought me one from the back that was expired. It said November 2024 and it is currently January 2025. I saw through the door that she put it back on the shelf, then looked through a whole bunch on that same shelf until she found one that said February 22. I feel sorry for those people who are going to get spoiled cream cheese. This place is not worth its salt. Do yourself a favour and don't come here.PS below is the video I took on the way out where I'm showing that there is no coffee even though the woman behind the counter - maybe the female manager? argued with me that there was coffee.

I ordered Noah's NY Bagels for a business meeting at 7am, to be ready for 9am pick up. They had their Baker's Dozen Box ($18.99) that comes with 13 bagels and 2 shmears or the Two Dozen Bagels with Shmear ($40.79). It would have been cheaper and more bagels for 2 orders of the Baker's Dozen Box, but I preferred the presentation of the Two Dozen Bagels with Shmear for the purpose of a vendor gift. Per their website, the Two Dozen Bagels with Shmear comes with 24 classic bagels: 4 plain, 4 sesame, 4 asiago, 4 blueberry, 4 cinnamon raisons, 4 chocolate chips, 2 tubs of plain shmear, 1 garden veggie shmear and a strawberry shmear. When I arrived after the pick up time they were NOT READY. My order hasn't even been partially put together. They told me they were out of asiago and blueberry... When I asked what they do have, the girl was like shrug. Now they're making me LATE for my meeting. I told them to put together whatever they had to get me to 2 dozens. They were soooooo slowwwww. I watched them put together my order with absolutely no urgency. The order I wanted at 9:00am dragged on so late, I didn't get back on the road until 9:17am. I was honestly better off going a little out of my way and picking up Einsteins, or some donuts from Krispy Kremes. To further add to my frustration, when I put the donut box in my cars, CRUMBS fell out of the box all over my back seat. Now I'll have to vacuum my car. Umm a few nice things to be said... my vendors appreciated the prestige of the Noah NY Bagel and they were sliced as I requested. Howeverrrrr when I excitedly mentioned about the flavored shmears, per the description of what I intended to buy... I come to find that it was ALL PLAIN SHMEAR! Ughhhhhhh!! How annoying. I'm not coming back to Noahs in my personal time or considering them for any more business purchases.

I really wanted to like this place. Came in on a weekend morning and ordered a salmon bagel sandwich and a coffee. The staff were friendly but they took so long to prepare our order. The place was packed so we sat down and waited. Watching the staff in the kitchen prepare the orders it looked like they really needed a more efficient assembly line to prepare their orders faster. Or maybe they stop offering each sandwich to be customizable. After over 30 minutes we got our order but it was wrong. We didn't have the patience to wait any longer and so we left with the wrong order. There are tables inside and outside. The restroom was not clean.

Why does is take 40 minutes (and counting!) to warm up a bagel? The restaurant is empty, and there are a handful of employees behind the counter. There are plenty of empty seats and tables, and it's a cozy place to grab a quick bite and a cup of coffee. Every time I am here, there are no customers in line to order and is pretty empty for it being a bagel shop. I really don't understand why it takes over 40 minutes for a bagel?

I come here to get the dozen box to feed my team at work. I'm in and out in less than 10 minutes typically even with a drink order. I would say that jalapeño cheese is the best one followed by the everything bagel. They also have a good selection of sandwiches with egg and ham. The iced macchiato is really good. Open really early in the morning for all your bagel needs!

This used to be one of my favorite places in Tustin for a morning bagel. Sadly, this restaurant in now under newmanagement. The food has always been the star. There have been numerous studies done by companieslike Starbucks that show people will return on a daily basis to stores with great service and hospitality. People will 60% to 80% will return to a store when the barista remembersyour name. Remembers what you order. It's the morning. We all want to start the day on a positive note. Today, no smile, no greeting, "What do you want?" Two stars means could have been better. If you don't like people, talking to people, being friendly to people, maybethis is not the job for you? I did get the bagels I ordered. Everything was cooked correctly. I just didn't enjoy my time in your store.

This place is so beyond the regular bagel shop. There are some seriously stacked bagel sandwiches! Open every day from 6am 'til 2pm and serving both breakfast & lunch. I walked in at 10:30am and it was busy! You will be waiting 1/2 hour during the rush hours, but it's so worth it if you're getting a full meal. I had no problem waiting in anticipation of my very first savory experience here. The item that caught my eye the most on the menu was the Chorizo Sunrise Bagel Sandwich on jalapeño bread. This thing was so good with their spread and a perfect amount of spice. I was ecstatic to see that the orange juice they serve actually has pulp! Not many places offer that. I will have to try the pizza bagel next time. Everything looks so good!

Have been here many times. I came here because I have an offer for a free breakfast sandwich. So I got the Texas Brisket Egg sandwich minus the eggs. It was actually very good and better than I expected. The brisket could have been a tad bit juicier, but it was very good.I will be back
