Mr. Churro

Love the churros here! The cashier provided her recommendations and I went with the original 4 piece with condensed milk and caramel, and horchata. The churros were super crunchy and coated nicely. The parking and seating is a bit limited but a definite must try! Make sure to eat them while they're warm!

Mr. Churro offered a carnivalesque spread of treats - churros, funnel cakes, shakes, and a seemingly endless array of ice cream flavors (around 20 to be exact) with the tempting option to sample before committing. While the prospect was delightful, the execution fell short.Ice Cream: Sadly, the ice cream, the foundation of many a delightful treat here, was a major letdown. It lacked the richness and creaminess one craves, leaving a somewhat flat and forgettable impression.Churros ($7.50): These giants promised much but delivered little. Five enormous churros, fried and dipped in a cinnamon-sugar mix, arrived with a side of caramel sauce. Unfortunately, size did not translate to quality. The churros were overly cakey and lacked the essential crispness that defines a good churro.Milkshake ($8.50): The lone bright spot was the milkshake. While a touch too sweet for my palate, the combination of four scoops of ice cream (I opted for cheesecake and caramel) blended into a drinkable, if not spectacular, milkshake. A decent option to beat the heat, perhaps, but not something I'd seek out again.Overall, if you're craving a milkshake on a scorching day, Mr. Churro might quench your thirst. However, for churros or ice cream, your sweet tooth would be better served elsewhere.

I've been driving by for some time, so I checked out the Yelp reviews and stopped by.The restaurant was set up nicely and the employees were friendly.I ordered the churros with ice cream. They do make their ice cream.I ordered the coffee flavor ice cream.The flavor was okay nothing to outstanding.The churros are made to order.The ones I had were a little bit over done and the ice cream together, once again.We're just okay.They do have other items, id like to try

I am no more than a man. I like sugar, it is a feature fundamental to my caveman brain. Ooga booga sugar good for survival. At least that's what I told myself when I came here.This place has like 16 types of ice cream available, and funnel cakes as well. Their prices are reasonable and their churros were delicious. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, combined with some ice cream with a caramel drizzle for a reasonable price. I will definitely return.The place is nice and clean, with fast service. I did come late at night and noticed the parking lot was pretty small so be aware of that.

Decided to come here really quick for some late night dessert. Was super excited to try and the pictures looked yummy and even when we received it, it looked super good. The biggest downfall though was the funnel cake did not taste made to order, and I didn't hear anyone actively frying. I believe they were made in bulk and remaining under the heat lamp to stay warm and a bit crisp. For this reason, I have to drop my rating down to a 2. I just feel that fried items should essentially be made to order for the best experience possible, considering this also costed around $15Service was very good and the workers were nice. They allowed us to sample a few ice creams and make customizations to our order which was great.

Came here on a whim and was a bit disappointed. The funnel cakes were not made fresh, they had a staleness to them. Presentation is beautifully executed. Our waiter was kind and helpful. It's clean inside, but seating is limited. The parking is also small, and can get busy since there is a taco shop next to it.

Went there last night and to my surprise it was really good. We order the 4 deep fried Oreos with cheesecake ice cream and caramel sauce. It was so good. The Oreos didn't taste greasy or over fried. Our friend got the 5 churros she said they were so good. They gave her 3 different dipping sauces. I would totally go back to this place. Only thing I wish they had smaller orders for a single serving.

Overall if you're craving churros and ice cream, this will hit the spot. They have a huge menu with shakes and lattes, and even funnel cakes! This place was clean, not busy, and fully stocked on their menu items, where as other churro places may have long lines or run out of items due to high demand.We had an enjoyable visit, stop in and give them a try for yourself!

Churros were freshly made: crispy on the outside, topped with ice cream and choice of syrup - wow!The server explained the process and was very helpful.
