Mountain Mike's Pizza

I ordered on Too good to go & so the lady that works there Ingrid said that they only accept it on the weekends . I ordered 2 boxes . I told her Oh no, I drove here all the way from West Covina . Then she said ok can you wait 20 min & she'll make me that order . I was like thank you so much !! How nice she was to make the order for me even though they don't accept it on weekends . Great customer service from Ingrid. She went above & beyond to make a customer like me happy . I tried to give her a tip & she wouldn't accept it . Plus I saw her asking other dining customers if they were doing ok . The pizza was delicious!!!Plus The shop & bathrooms were clean. There is also a beautiful landscaped dining area outside where you can enjoy your delicious pizza . The place is definitely a winner on all levels & I'll be back . Good job Ingrid !!!!

We've tried this location 4-5 times over the last 2 years and have always had a problem with our order. This last time they dropped the mini pizza as they were giving it to us so we had to wait for another one to be made then when we got home the large pizza we ordered was the incorrect pizza. We ordered a pepperoni and were given a cheese. Additionally the staff cleanliness was extremely poor (not washing their hands, no gloves, touching stickers and their hair and each other then touching food items)I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

Stopped by Mountain Mike's Pizza in Brea on Christmas, and the place was slammed. Phones were ringing nonstop, and they had just one host/cashier hustling harder than anyone else. The open kitchen layout gave a clear view of the staff, and out of everyone back there, only one person was wearing gloves--kind of a letdown on both a sanitary and safety level (cutting bell peppers without a glove? Really?).The place felt understaffed for the holiday rush, and honestly, bringing in one extra person to help with orders would've made a world of difference. The space was somewhat clean, but at these prices--nearly $20 for a 10-inch pizza--you'd expect either better service or a full sit-down experience. Can't see myself coming back.

Love the all you can eat lunch buffet!! The pizza is fresh and delicious! Ingrid and Jessica took such good care of us. We came in as soon as it opened and they were super accommodating for our larger party. Lots of seating and yummy food!

We came on Saturday night during the final hour of operation. Three star visit for the food and service. However the missing two stars relate to ambiance and cleanliness. Ambiance was not fitting with the loud obscene music coming from the kitchen. Only the front end was accessible due to the staff cleaning for closure. We arrived at 9:05pm, we could not access the restroom. Overall the pizza was excellent. The staff was friendly as usual. We ordered two ranches and paid. I was not offered a receipt like we were offered when we ordered the pizza and accepted. We will return since we love Mountain Mikes.

Here I am again at Mountain Mike's Pizza. Right as I walked through the door I am greeted and welcomed with a huge smile. I spoke to Ingrid about a heart shaped pizza which she told me was made on Valentines day. I went on to tell her it was my 31st wedding anniversary and I wanted to do something different. So being a very understanding lady Miss Ingrid hooked me up with a beautifully heart shaped pepperoni and jalapeño pizza!!Thank you Miss Ingrid and crew !!Mountain Mike's a great place for great people and the best Pizza!!!

my friend and I went to Mountain Mikes yesterday and were greeted warmly by Ingrid. Everything was clean, the food was perfectly made a great experience. I've brought many many people and they all wanna go back and enjoy every bite especially the wonderful people who work there.

Went this past Saturday it was my first time trying Mountain Mikes and i decided to order the Sizzinling Bacon Classic and it was so good I had to eat it there instead of taking it home. One of the girls was telling me about the buffet that is earlier on the day and how it's a great way to try all the different pizzas they have to offer. Definitely coming back! Thank you!

We came for the lunch buffet and overall the food was great, the service from the cashier Jessica and the manager Ingrid was impeccable. Both were kind, hospitable, and very accommodating. We came earlier this week and returned because of the great deal but also because of the great service. The music was also great!Our first visit, there was a situation where we witnessed a customer grab food with his hands and lick his fingers and then grab more food. Initially we were pretty disgusted to see this, but the staff handled the situation in the best way possible. They immediately apologized on the customer's behalf, threw away all food at the buffet for our safety, and brought us an individual pizza of our choice to our table directly, to ensure it was fresh and safe to eat. The following visit we were greeted kindly and again they apologized for the customer's actions our previous visit, and thanked us for letting them know. The staff is a small team so they are very busy but they clearly work very hard to make sure the customers are happy and satisfied. And the pizza quality is far better than most other pizza buffets. Overall super enjoyable lunch and we will be back soon!
