The BEST sourdough bread you will ever have. I've tried a lot of the different varieties offered and my go-to is the XL loaf. It has a crispy exterior and a soft, airy interior. A bit pricey at $16.25 aaand it's still worth it. I do think the online ordering system is quite difficult because who can remember to order bread 2-3 days before picking up?? And also I'm still willing to jump through all the hoops to get my hands on this bread. I've said this to Moses already but I wish they'd sell the starter! To which he named many different reasons he doesn't. Or they'd hold classes so we can learn how to bake sourdough bread together!

Yummy sourdough bread. Order ahead online or come right when it opens or it might sell out if you come later in the day. I got a plain loaf, for $9-10, but they also sell XL loaf and sandwich loaf, and flavored boules like rosemary and olive etc. Great aroma, crispy crust, soft interior. It's mild on the sour flavor. 10/10.

A hidden gem in Tustin! I ordered their mini baguettes, loaf of sourdough, and fig boule via internet and picked up around 10am. They were already sold out for walk-ins by that time so highly recommend ordering online first thing in the morning. Best sourdough I've ever had and bread freezes well. Service was great, tiny shop but smells like heaven! If you love fresh bread, this is your place!

Moses Bread best sourdough in town!! my favorite is fig sourdough. tried baguette, bagels...always come here to buy! the owner here is master of sourdough - he explains about how he makes healthy 3-4 pure ingredients bread that made him healthy! friendly, clean. would recommend you order online. Parking lot is small but plenty of spots!

Not sure why the rave reviews, I found the taste & texture of cardboard. Owner thinks highly of himself, quite rude.

Moses bread is the best option if you want clean 4 ingredients only sour dough bread.. they do have some in stock but not much. Highly advise you to preorder. They will also slice the bread also. I got a loaf and a rustic loaf but were really good. Fresh bread. Come support this mom and pop shop

Great concept they have here! Everything is sourdough based and made into different shapes. Things sell out fast so you should consider ordering early in the morning like 730am for same day pick up or they have an option for ordering 2 days ahead. They still take walk ins but things may be sold out. I wanted to try the bagel but it was unfortunately sold out. I tried the rustic sourdough loaf and it was really well made. Great for the sourdough lovers. It's a grab and go kinda place. Just sells bread and no other toppings/spreads. Parking is easy in front in the lot.

This little hidden gem is amazing! First time at this place and it was packed. Thank God I arrived at 9:15 because almost all the bread was gone. The best thing is to order it online a day or two before. This business is a mom and Pop shop. Hard-working couple and they keep the place clean.I spoke to a few customers who have been regulars for the past year and two years.I got the fig sourdough, olive sourdough, and regular sourdough. All of them were amazing. I will definitely keep coming back.There is plenty of parking.

This place is something special. It's owned and operated by this couple that's passionate about sourdough bread. You can order two days in advance or they also have same-day ordering. Their online system starts at 9am and the bread gets sold out quickly! After I ordered, I went to pick it up and there was a sign that said they're out of bread unless you ordered it online. They also have a dehydrated mother starter but I haven't tried that yet. I have tried the sourdough boule and the rosemary boule and both were amazing. I'm excited to try their baguettes too and the sandwich bread. It's located in a small strip mall and I found parking easily. It's my go-to bakery now.
