Mori’s

I have been looking for cafes in Irvine & Mori's is a place I will come back to! Firstly, the parking is pretty good but has 30 minute limit! When I went to Mori's, I was greeted warmly & the staff helped me a lot when choosing my drink. The first time I came to Mori's I got a matcha latte with 75% sweet based on the recommendation of the baristas! The second time I came with a friend got a matcha with 100% sweetness! And I enjoyed both matchas a lot! Additionally, my friend bought a ube matcha & said she loved the thickness of the ube! The cafe is really small with little space for people looking to study, but the vibes are great!

Awesome spot for delicious food! Recommend their beef and unagi grain bowls, it's a good balance of veggies, purple rice, and protein. Perfect meal when you're trying to eat healthy.Their strawberry matcha and Ube matcha are also fantastic and tasty!

Tiny and aesthetically pleasing lil' cafe. Popular place for 1-3 people to study (that's how small it is). Had the taro milk and it was SUPER grainy (more so than Cha Redefine I would say) so texture-wise not the best...but was reassuring knowing I was drinking something without any artificial dyes, flavors, or preservatives. Sweetness 25% was perfect sweetness level IMO, not overly sweet at all. Loved the boba, reminded me of those boba mochi candies you can get from Costco.Took a while to get drinks, but employees nice. Pretty sure they were new as well.

Ambiance is simple and clean. The drinks are tasty and good value for the price. Service was friendly,

Mori's is a newer health conscious and fast casual spot serving up some delicious meals. This spot is located in a more commercial area nearby some apartment complexes. To get here, there is a specific parking structure for retail businesses where you can park for free. Inside, they have a warm and cozy ambiance with about 3-4 tables for seating and 2 additional tables for seating outside. For their menu, they have different rice and salad bowls along with handcrafted tea, matcha, and coffee drinks. Wifey and I pulled up for lunch and got the Eel Energy Grain Bowl, Braised Beef Energy Grain Bowl, and the Mung Bean Smoothie and Taro Uji Matcha Fresh Milk for our drinks. Everything we had tasted fresh, healthy, and delicious! Overall, this spot is a great blend of Asian flavors with healthy adaptations. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back for another healthy and delicious meal next time!

Great that it's close to Uci! Staff is friendly but matcha is not that good. It's not very sweet which is great but it's quite watery The taro matcha was also super grainy so it tasted more like matcha tea with bits in it. The matcha latte with a cream top satisfies a general matcha craving but was also not better than the competitors in the area. Very small space with very limited seating.

I was so happy when this place first opened!!!! The girl working there was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious.....but the last few times I've returned I've only been disappointed. Portions sizes are so much smaller now and the quality of the food is disgusting. I ordered the shredded chicken soba noodle bowl and look at this meat...soggy skin with dry chicken (bits and pieces of my chicken was dry as jerky). You can tell the chicken is old and likely reheated several times. Won't be returning.

I really loved the aesthetics of this place! Even though it was raining, the workers were really nice to us and the price for matcha is so reasonable! I love the matcha flavor too!

Super nice vibes and the drink cards are so pretty! Got the Uji matcha latte and was surprised by how well priced it was for the size and quality of matcha!! Would definitely come back again :)

Mori's is a cool name. Did you know it means forest in japanese and to decay in latin? Its a nize cozy cafe and the drinks are resonably priced.
