Mono Coffee

TikTok brought me here! Ordered 2x Mango Matcha Lattee's and they were absolutely perfect. The mango syrup/flavor was not too sweet at all, a balanced taste indeed. The vibe inside is pretty cozy and simplistic. Order a jalapeño bagel with cream cheese and it was good too! Have a chocolate gluten cake that I haven't ate yet. Would definitely come back and try more items on the menu.

Mono Coffee has been in my regular coffee shop rotation recently. It's a minimalistic cafe with about 4-5 tables; however, none of the tables or booths have wall plug outlets. The only available outlets are on the wall closest to the register, with about 2 or 3 stools.My drink order is typically an Einspanner latte. The cream is very delicious, and you can even see the little specks of vanilla. Their staff members can be a bit stiff, most times I go, they aren't the most welcoming.My absolute favorite thing from Mono is their gluten free chocolate cake. It's so fluffy and not dry at all. There are times I will drive out of the way for their chocolate cake LOL

I've been a local to this area for my entire life and this is a GREAT neighborhood coffee shop with up to par drinks! Service is great-- super quick and to the point. The place is on the smaller side with minimal seating (it fills up quick).My favorite drink here is the ceremonial matcha-- it is so good. It has the perfect balance of sweet, umami, & bitterness. It's sweetened with vanilla which is such a great touch. I've also tried their salted caramel Einspanner, which was very delicious, and their cookie butter latte-- also great. Definitely check this place out!

I bookedmarked Mono and I finally got to try it with a friend.The two baristas who helped me out were fast, friendly, and welcoming. They identified their most popular items for us and even gave us samples of an earl grey matcha drink they had. Super sweet of them. The shop itself is clean and well kept. I loved their simplicity in decor style.I ordered the regular iced matcha latte and it was solid! The quality of the matcha was decent and the ratio of milk to matcha was perfect for me. It was sweetened perfectly and I thoroughly enjoyed my drink.Overall, I would come back again!

I didn't know this place had einspanner, so I guess this means I have to come back. Lol. I ordered the biscoff latte. Sounded amazing, I mean cookie butter melted in espresso w/ honey and cinnamon - yes, please! It wasn't bad, but it wasn't my favorite either. It was just so so. The service was great! It was very clean inside and parking was easy to find.

I drive by this place from time to time, when I'm in Lakewood, and decided to stop by this time around. It's a nice little coffee shop with a minimalistic design that suits it just right. It has plenty of seating, great for studying or just to hang out. The staff is friendly and quick to serve, your order will be out in no time at all.I ordered the Biscoff latte, it has Biscoff bits inside along with syrup and espresso. Not over powering with sweetness and provides a nice kick to start off your day. The ham and cheese croissant was very good, I'd get it again.

A cute, little cafe. I loved how calm and quiet it was. I got the banana milk matcha latte & the banana milk overpowers the matcha but it was still delicious. Service was quick and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

Our new favorite coffee shop!! Great coffee & yummy pastries~ My partner & I love the taste of coffee on its own & prefer actually tasting the coffee in our drinks versus adding too many syrups & flavors. Mono intentionally makes their drinks a little less sweet to let the coffee flavor shine (according to their yelp description) & we truly appreciate that.We ordered the einspanner - flat white with vanilla bean cream on top & biscoff latte. Both drinks were delicious & perfectly balanced. The vanilla bean cream in the einspanner was smooth & subtly sweet, and the biscoff flavor in the latte was not overwhelming (many other shops make it way too sweet for my liking). It also came with 2 biscoff cookies on top to snack on. Their pastry selection was pretty solid with some vegan donuts, ham & cheese croissants, and various loafs. We tried the hazelnut espresso loaf and it was soo good! Highly recommend giving that a try while you're there too.There are a few tables inside, although we only noticed one outlet, so it seems more like a chill coffee chat spot. The employees were friendly & there was some soft music playing in the background. We hardly get coffee outside of home now but we'll make the trip for Mono :)

Came on a Wednesday morning and Coffee was quite tasty here. They also had pastries available pretty early in the morning which was a plus. Would come back again

Mono Coffee is a local coffee shop specializing in some high quality and innovative drinks. This spot is tucked away in a smaller plaza with a decent amount of parking spots. Inside, they have about 5-6 tables for seating. As for their menu, they have some signature drinks along with different espresso, matcha, and tea drinks. Wifey and I decided to try the London Matcha Cloud (earl grey with oat milk tea with matcha cream) and the Banana Milk Matcha Latte. Both drinks were superb with the right balance. Overall, this spot really stands out with their menu and quality of their drinks. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next time to try different menu items!
