Wow this place is rad! Awesome service by the two women who served us on 11/5/24 @ 3pm. Super patient and friendly.Not native to the area & wanted to try a new boba shop before heading back home. Super glad I stopped by. Drinks were tasty!

New favorite! Their tea tastes very crisp. Boba tastes amazing! Very friendly staff. Got a good space to sit and chill.

This boba tea shop is located in a large Ralphs/CVS plaza so there's plenty of parking. I walked in on a weekday afternoon to be warmly greeted and served quickly. I ordered a large coffee milk tea with boba. They ask what sweetness level you would like and I opted to just go with their normal sweetness level, no adjustment.The coffee flavor was well pronounced. The full sweetness level was perfect for me (I prefer my milk teas on the sweeter side) yet it didn't negate the slight bitterness of the coffee. The boba was fresh and squishy. I have to admit I got bored with the boba rather quickly as it had no taste nor sweetness.I'd definitely come back here for a good milk tea (they have quite a variety of choices) but would probably skip the boba.

Not bad! We ordered the more berry with cheese foam and grape green tea. Similar to Sunright but we wanted to try somewhere new which was nice. It's not super close to us so I'm not sure if we'll make the trek back out but would recommend if you're nearby!

This was my first time at Momot Tea House! I went around 1:00 today! Our drinks were made quickly and the staff were also friendly! It's located in a plaza in Mission Viejo so there was plenty of parking too. I got the Strawberry Green Tea with Mango Jelly! I got 50% sweetness and I thought that was just the right amount! They had a good variety of drinks as well!

First timer at Momot! And it is my go-to for now on! I ordered the Honeydew slushy boba and it's the perfect amount of sweetness and boba to slushy ratio. So good! My bf got the Taro slushy and same yumminess, and just the right amount of sweetness and boba is fresh with a bit slight warm of chewy fluffiness to it. Service is friendly, efficient and prices aren't too high for the quality!

Teas were refreshing and delicious. Lychee jelly and Thai tea were way too sweet. Service was fast and friendly. Cozy ambiance with two tables.

I'm glad I found this hidden gem, a cute little boba tea shop. It is nestled within CVS Mall next to the Trabuco Hills High School. Interior of this place isn't too loud or flamboyant. Lit enough that not overwhelmingly bright and super clean too. Below is what I have tried thus far. - Winter-melon- Grape Green Tea- Lychee Tea- Grapefruit Tea All above with bobas in them. So far, I enjoyed them all. Especially Winter - Melon has been favored by all my family members. What I like about Momot tea house drinks is, that they seem to live up to their name "Tea House" as I was able to tell their teas were brewed, not poured in some kind of prepackaged powders. It appears they serve other ice blended along with slushes. When the opportunity arises, I will give those a try. Keep up the good work Momot!

First time, very yummy they're friendly and quick!.50¢ for boba I ordered the mango slush and passion fruit tea with boba (has seeds from the passion fruit), clean store as well I would come back!(:
