There's a chili sauce, soy sauce, and ginger garlic. Ginger had the most robust flavor, the others were on the basic side for me.Meatball soupVery delish. Best beef balls I ever had ?? Including all the pho I've had in my life (I'm viet btw lol) wonderful texture and nice beefiness without feeling full of filler.Ordered off of the fantuan chrome page and it said done, but it wasn't. Waited a bit and had to ask a worker.

A decent Hainan chicken dish but it's in a ghost kitchen. Parking is very limited and you'll be waiting around with a bunch of Uber/Doordash drivers. There are better places with a better experience. The sauces were very mid. If you're craving hainan chicken and want something fairly quick and to-go, this would be a decent option in Costa Mesa area.

My first time ordering from Costa Mesa kitchens. There are no seating so we ate in the parking lot next to my car. Ordered through an iPad and the food came out in about 10 min. I wish you can order for all the different restaurants but you can't.The food . My fav chicken and rice in oc. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Rice was flavorful. Sauces were good. Not amazing but good. Overall a solid hainam chicken and rice option. I really wish I took a photo but forgot to . If you love this dish as much as I do . Please try out this place

First experience using Ghost kitchen in Costa Mesa. It's a very cool concept. and I hope they will grow. Its very convenient just like a take out order. Order is easy, and you wait for your order 4-10 minutes depending on what you order. Its pretty cool we ordered from Mimi chicken rice for their Hainan chicken rice and chicken pasta with broth. Both are really good, very tasty and flavorful. Highly recommended

Savory chicken and aromatic rice plus three excellent dipping sauces. Large portion of juicy chicken, and a choice of with and without broth. Took about 20 minutes to get my order. Otherwise, the guys in the front were on top of my order and provided me with latest status. Ambiance is of a food kitchen for takeout only. There are no seatings and tables to eat. They have plenty of parking as many customers to other restaurants are coming in and out. Highly recommended!

Whatever they're doing at their ghost kitchen delivery location in East Hollywood, they need to change cause we literally tossed out the whole order. The chicken had gristle. The Hainan chicken set had no rice. The soup was not chicken soup but water with green onions. The sauces were strangely watered down. Who waters down soy sauce and chili sauce? Wow, was this bad! And we never really leave reviews unless they're great. This is possibly the worst delivery order I've ever made and we order at least three times per week.

It's very friendly to diet! Just cucumber with chicken and rice . The source of ginger is very delicious!
