Midodo Fry Chicken & Sichuan Hot Pot

Ended up grabbing their fried chicken sandwich as a late night snack, along with their fries (y'all know how these late night cravings be). So I will say the sandwich absolutely slaps. It was great; juicy, crispy, not too heavy, complimented well with the veggies on the burger, although the bun was definitely not helping it. Soft buns are great, but I much prefer them toasted with something friend in-between.These fries, though? Not even going to beat around the bush, they're somewhat lacking. They're crispy, nice, and hot, which was nice, but not a hint of seasoning on these. Had to add my own seasoning and salt - just seems like low-hanging fruit! Odd decision to not at least salt otherwise well-made fries.If I do eat here again, I'm definitely gonna skip the fries and just double up on the chicken dishes- that is easily what they placed their focus on.

Husband ordered via UberEats last night from the Sichuan Hot Pot side of this restaurant.1) pork intestine mao cai - this was good 2) pork skin cucumber - good 3) chicken feet - husband enjoyed but I'm not a fan, since the skin is not super soft like how they cook it in dim sum 4) Sichuan glass noodle mini hot pot x 2 - spicy and noodles are chewy thick They threw in a free drink. Everything was super spicy and full of chili oil, but that's to be expected for Sichuan meals.

I got the spicy chicken burger, and it's very juicy. not really spicy but it's delicious. the chef/owner super friendly but I believe it's best to communicate in Mandarin as it's easier for him, or you could order on food app like Fantuan as well. it's not a sit in restaurant unfortunately, but definitely appreciated the owners hard work.

Taste is good but undercooked. I ordered total 12pcs of spicy chicken big wings(3pcs) x 4, but wing size is small as you can see. It's about 12 dollars per 3 pieces and it's close to 50 dollars in total, it's not worth it.
