Melody’s Market

This clean cafe and shop is located at the bottom of the beautiful Viv Hotel, filled with snacks and Disney souvenirs. Came here when I visited the Top of the V restaurant so I was able to get validation from the front desk. I ordered the matcha latte which isn't the sweet kind, perfect for me. I also tried the hazelnut latte which tasted good. It's a typical hotel shop so it's great for guests who forgot to pack something or need something during their trip.

Cute and convenient coffee and snack shop inside the Viv hotel. This was perfect after a busy day at Disneyland and wanting some good coffee and easy treats for the kiddos. My kids and husband seemed to enjoy their bakery items and I really enjoyed my soy iced vanilla latte. Staff were quick with the service and very kind.

Cute little hotel coffee bar. Yummy cup of cold brew and friendly barista. They have lots of cute Disney items to buy if you need a quick fix before heading over to the park.

This review is solely on the drinks and service here. I haven't tried the food but it's on the list to try. I got an iced caramel macchiato and an iced vanilla caffe latte. They were so good my fav was the caramel macchiato. The staff were very nice and it's good you can charge to the room. They also have other to go drinks to go buy and Disney souvenirs. Overall really like it here good clean cafe.

Do it!Stayed on site and enjoyed having this is the lobby. We had a food credit and loved using it here.They are speedy given the volume of customers and the few staff assigned.I love Illy over Starbucks so that was a plus. My cappuccino was perfect.The selection of pastries and sandwiches was good enough to have something for everyone and there are also yogurt parfaits and smoothies.The Ham and cheese croissant was very rich-- and could be split with two light eaters. Pumpkin loaf was dense. The room is bright and full of light with a few tables to sit at inside and more spaces outside.Adult Pro Tip: grab your coffee and pastry and head to roof top pool for adult only peace and quiet.

Overpriced cafe/bodega at the bottom of the Viv.Many hotels have a 24 hour cafe/snack bar to help serve the needs of their guests. The Viv has Melody's, which is open from 6AM until late, but then if you "need" anything, the front desk staff can help you.I stayed at the hotel for two nights. On the first morning, the Viv was open at 6AM, and I was able to get a quick but overpriced breakfast. If only there was a Starbucks nearby that didn't require walking under the freeway in the dark, but alas, the Viv is not in a good location for walkers who value safety.The next morning, I arrived at 6:05AM, and the cafe was closed. The front desk said that the worker was running late. I returned 15 minutes later, but it was still closed. 10 minutes later, they were still closed. At that point, the front desk felt pity for me and offered to get me a soda (so no prepared foods) that they could charge to my hotel room. $5 + tax for a Coke Zero. I get that everyone is understaffed. But ugh. Marriott, pay your employees more so that you can get all positions staffed up.

If you need coffee first thing in the morning, this is a pretty nice place to get it. Love the swivel chairs! Good selection and if you get the coffee and food vouchers from the hotel, even better! Service was polite and thoughtful, but when people don't smile, I feel a certain way. Lots of Disney gear on sale makes it a colorful place.

Didn't know there was a little coffee shop next to the front desk at the Viv hotel! Reasonable prices and quick service.

The store is nice and cleanThe employee took my order..we ordered 2 hot lattes. She began making the drinks. When she was done with the drinks...she just left it there behind the counter where the employee work area is...and left to help another customer at the cashier station. After more than 5 minutes she gave hs our hot lattes which is no longer hot and warm...how rude!

Veronica and Vanessa are the best they make the best coffee and are so nice to customers. Highly recommend and will come back whenever I'm in town.
