Masterlink Sausage and Meats

Went here today to pick up a few packs from the sales freezer and had a wonderful experience. Located behind Big's, you drive around to the back and open the door labeled office. A bit of confusion when you open and it seems like you've opened a door to the packing plant, but go through the plastic slats (following another sign that says office) and the fridge is right there. The woman in the office who helped me pay for the sausages was very kind. They also had a lot in stock. I'll definitely be back!

Perfect small local business to support. They're located off of State College and Champman in Fullerton. The plaza is small, and the building entrance is toward the back where the big trucks are parked. Go through the door, it looks like a factory, and you'll see a small refrigerator with products. The ladies who work in the office are super nice. The Hawaiian Portuguese pork sausages are my favorite!

Good stuffs here. Cheap and delicious. It is located near Mr BBQ. Prices are from $3 each bag of 3 or more sausages. Make sure you call first. They close at 2:30p, I think. They sell sausages for wholesale, but retail walk in is ok. Cash or credit cards.

Where do I start. I have liked every sausage that I have bought from here. I only ate Nathan hotdogs before. Then I Tried their beef hotdogs so much more flavor than store bought Nathan hotdogs. I have turned on friends and family to this place and everybody loves it. Make sure you check in. the sausages are the best chopping them up in the morning with an egg omelette oh DONT forget to leave a great five star yelp review for these guys they deserve itI just bought 5 pounds this morning to bring some to my employees they can't wait for lunchtime thanks master link sausage for a great sausage! Best sausages around a relative gave me a few packs cooked it for the family and they loved em that's a win for me we prefer the jalapeño ones

Trying to find good Bratwurst in bulk is a difficult undertaking but contacted Mike at Masterlink and was so thrilled with how helpful he was! Have a very large International German Conference at CSULB which will be lasting two days+ and need to impress with the bratwurst for the dinner BBQ! After reading the reviews feel much better about serving Masterlink brats to them! Will get back after the conference with the comments!! But I am sold on Masterlink's customer service!

I found Masterlink a few months ago. I've try a few of their sausages and I'm very impressed with the taste and quality. I took 40 of the Portuguese Hawaiian sausages to work and everyone loved them.

I love the fact that there's a local sausage factory around the corner from my house! These sausages are so much better than what you can buy at the grocery, or even at most butchers. They have a nice variety, although you can't always expect that they'll have the particular variety you want, but if that's the case it's not a problem because you'll most likely discover some other variety you'll enjoy. (Where else can you buy kangaroo or bison sausages?)It is a factory, so the shopping experience isn't like going to a regular store. You park in the back by a loading dock, walk up a few steps and into a storage room that has those heavy plastic strips dangling from the ceiling which separates the storage from the main office. In there is a refrigerator case where you can select the sausages you want. So that aspect of purchasing sausages is unusual, but completely understandable if you realize that their primary business is making sausages for many restaurants and vendors in Orange County.The lady who works in the office (Ruby) is very helpful in explaining the types of sausages they have, so if you have any questions about them she's happy to help. All in all, if you like to grill sausages, this is a great place to get the real thing!

I discovered this sausage manufacturer while at Big's Bar and Grill for lunch one day, It is the back half of the building. It is legit a meat packing plant, forklifts and commercial trucking all surrounding the door. Being a bit nosey, I went in. Turns out they have a freezer in the front where you can buy one pound packages... I got what I thought was a hot dog-actually it was a skinny knackwurst (who knew?), some chicken sausage, a portuguese sausage and a bison/ wild boar sausage for the 4th. My family loved them! It was quite a feast. Perfect for my independence day bbq. I will definitely be back for my next barbeque.

Very nice and friendly staff. Like has been said it's towards the back in the alley might look like it's closed just open the door and follow the signs to the office. You can see what they have have in freezer they're mainly wholesale so the selection will vary. I will definitely be returning.
