Saw a viral tiktok mentioning this place and had to stop in. So glad we did. The ambiance is nice inside, and everyone working was great. We ordered the wontons in chili oil, juicy dumplings, pan fried dumplings, mongolian beef, crab rangoons, and spicy beef noodle soup. Everything was delicious. The soup dumplings and mongolian beef were BOMB. Crab rangoons are my guilty pleasure and these were some of the best I've ever had. On top of that, all of that food only cost $75. Good quality, good portions, and good prices. 10/10 would recommend.

Been a favorite to get good Chinese food. Not cheap but yummy. Today got a Kung Pao Chicken to go and when I got home was pretty disappointed. I used to order Kung Pao Chicken all the time it is my favorite dish. Now this could be a that I got the bad chef but here was my experience. Quantity of chicken was much reduced. Quantity of peanuts was also much reduced. Vegetables quantity was increased. To top it off the woman who took my order seemed to have an attitude. Like what the heck -- not sure if I am going to go back. Need a new Chinese place !!

Ma's Dumpling House (a change in ownership)We've been coming here off and on since the Pandemic. The place is same with opposite wall balancing the wall art (other than pictures of dishes). We were quickly greeted and seated. Not too many good Chinese restaurants in North Orange County. This place is decent but dishes tends to be super salty and the sauce on the crispy noodles was out of control. The dishes we like best are the stir-fried string beans and chili oil wontons. The pan fried dumplings and green onion pancakes are okay. Lastly, we like the art on the wall, the depictions of cats doing various things. Always brings a smile to our faces.

Ma's Dumpling House is a cozy hole in the wall in the 99 Ranch plaza serving Chinese food. They may be a dumpling house, but the menu is extensive and includes more than you would think. In addition to pan-fried dumplings, we also got the onion pancake and sweet and sour fish. The fish came out first and it was my favorite thing that we got. I liked how gooey and starchy it was, and the sauce was very yummy. It's good with steamed white rice. The onion pancake was good, but not really to my preference. It was quite chewy and I usually prefer it flakier. The pan-fried dumplings were good too, and my sister really liked them. The service was friendly and attentive. The lady came and took our empty plates without us needing to ask. Overall, Ma's Dumpling house is a good local spot to scratch an itch for Chinese food.

I put a one star because I can't go any lower than that. This place was truly disappointing. The owner was very rude, her worker the waitress was lovely and very nice but unfortunately didn't speak English so we needed help from the owner to communicate. We felt as she didn't want to be bothered. Absolutely no type of people skills! For this place to specialize in dumplings their flavor was alright. Not the greatest

We were in the mood for dumplings and this spot exceeded our expectations! It's a small restaurant, and they were pretty busy. Service was quick and they were friendly. Very homey atmosphere.

This place is just simply amazing! Mary was so sweet, caring, and attentive. We enjoyed every single dish, you can tell everything here is made with love! I especially loved the honey walnut shrimp, it was soooo delicious! Not to mention it's so cozy inside. Can't wait to come back again soon!

Have to goed food from here a couple times it's nice for a nearby beef roll but I wish it had more mustard greens and less sauce. Ordered the mapo tofu which was good but didn't taste like mapo tofu. Would recommend the green beans and eggplant. Food seems more commercial fast food Chinese but I was looking for more traditional Chinese.

Hole in the wall, so don't miss it. Very tranquil inside. Staff is super friendly, attentive, and helpful. We didn't get a dish we didn't like. The Wor Wonton soup was loaded with shrimp, chicken and dumplings. The fried chicken skeweres were tender and just a little spicy. All the dumplings had different personalities and hit in different ways. Check them out!
