Mama Hong's Vietnamese Kitchen - Orange

Mama Hong's Vietnamese Kitchen is my midweek favorite spot to grab great a comforting meal without the crowd. The restaurant is in the same plaza with Starbucks and across the Brickyard plaza. There are plenty of parking spaces. If you're traveling on Tustin, Mama Hong can be missed, since it is hidden from view. The main entrance is on Lincoln.Mama Hong's Vietnamese Restaurant is cozy place with plenty of tables. The menu offers decent selection of fusion Vietnamese food. Recently, the restaurant expanded their drink bar to includes fresh bobas. The garlic noodles are a standout, but I mainly a huge fan of the Tofu Spring Rolls. It is fresh with crispy fried tofu. Service is friendly and efficient, making it a great spot for hanging out with family. We will continue to come back.

"Entry-Level Vietnamese Food"If you have a non-Asian friend who has never tried Vietnamese food, this place offers easy-to-adapt, not-so-authentic, toned-down Vietnamese dishes to introduce them to.I ordered the Grilled Pork Banh Mi. Rather than a traditional Banh Mi with pickled veggies and jalapeño, it felt more like a Grilled Pork sandwich with coleslaw inside.The place reminded me of Vietnamese fusion restaurants in Austin, TX. It's a nice entry-level Vietnamese restaurant, but definitely nothing like what I had in Vietnam.If you want something more authentic, I'd recommend trying Banh Mi places in Westminster. You'll be able to buy 2 or 3 Banh Mis for the price of 1 Banh Mi at Mama Hong's.4 Star for cleanliness. Food?...I am driving down to Westminster as we speak since my Bahn Mi craving was not satisfied.#sundogram

We drove by Mama Hong's while running errands and decided to stop by on the way back. We weren't sure what to expect, but our expectations were surpassed. The food was outstanding and quick. We didn't realize how hungry we were until it was devoured. They have vegetarian options as well. My GF loved her veggie pho. The broth was clear and full of flavor. Service was friendly, fast and even had a little robot deliver one of our dishes. The ambience was pleasant as well. With nice details and rope strands across the ceiling. I thought it was a creative way to liven up the space. Well done and wellbeing definitely be back. Thank you!

Great service. Attentive staff, food is flavorful and served quickly. Spring rolls and Thai tea were our favorite part of the meal.

Ordered to go for a picnic w my (vegan) wife.They had ability to order online, super easy.Called to confirm and they picked up right away.When i came to pick up, food was packaged nicely and was ready.The food itself was superb -- the vegan bahn mi, garlic noodles , tofu spring rolls , and i got the grilled chicken combo.Price was fair, plenty of food, will be returning here.

It was my first time here and the food was delicious! Hubby had the sliced steak pho, I love that they give you extra meat and soup. I had the ribeye combo plate the side salad that comes with It was delicious that some magic dressing. Service was spot on, continually checking on us to make sure we need anything else. When we first walked in the first thing I noticed was clean open and plenty of seating. Prices are very reasonable.

We've been looking for an amazing Pho place and this is it!! I finally branched out and ordered the pot stickers and they were so good! Even my toddler loved them. This is now our go to for all things pho and Vietnamese food!

The best shrimp spring rolls!!! I love how fresh and delicious these always are. I will continue to stop by every time I'm in the area.
