Maison De Pho

3.5 stars rounded to 4 for being prepped and delivered quickly.We are house sitting in the area and went on grub hub for the closest pho restaurant. This place got 4 stars on Grubhub so I figured it would be fine.Overall, the food was okay considering we are not in an area known for Vietnamese food. The prices were reasonable (minus the grubhub fees). We got the fried wontons, pork and shrimp spring rolls, pork chop rice plate, pho with rare beef and brisket, vegetarian pho, crispy noodles with chicken, and combo fried rice.Pho portions were good, but the broth was slightly bland.Everything else was fine, but the crispy noodles came with the gravy already poured over it. Not only did it make it all soggy, the sauce spilled into the bag. All other restaurants where we have ordered crispy noodles to go, they pack the gravy separately. The chicken in the noodles was also tough and dry.Overall this was okay for the distance but, I'd prob venture out further for pho next time.

My first time here tonite. O M G....the short rib beef plate was AMAZING! Soooo DELICIOUS! Juices were just flowing on everything...including the rice! Iam a very hard critic on Vietnamese beef short ribs and these blow any I have EVER had away! Beyond delicious! I don't live too close but yes I can't wait to come back!!! I just hope they will still taste the same!! Thank you for making them for me!! Super yum ...and nice people too :)

Ordered to go and paid for large noodles for my bf and they gave me regular size. Broth was also salty.

Local Vietnamese restaurant located at the Foothill Ranch Town Center food court. There is plenty of inside seating when it's chilly outside. Huge shared patio space with heaters. Your typical Viet menu. Variety of Pho, rice plates, noodle bowls, & appetizers. We tried their spring rolls, egg rolls, fried wontons - they were okay, our party of 5 came to a consensus that their dipping sauces (spring roll & fish sauce needed a little something). Their pho broth was okay. The vermicelli bowls were also okay but we were happy to see that they offered spring rolls as an option. We got their pork chop rice plate that came with shredded pork & meat cake. Option to upgrade to their butter rice. The pork chop was great. Everything else was okay. Service was okay. Not our first choice for Viet food in the area.

I ordered the rare beef pho, Vietnamese egg rolls, and Thai iced tea - wow so delicious. Everything was incredible but those egg rolls - I wanted 10 more!!! I already started chowing down before I took the photo haha

This place operates like fast food, so there will be no service. I didn't get checked on or offered water. I ordered pho to eat there, and vermicelli to-go. I walked in and the cashier was laughing and chatting it up with the cook. Turns around to me blankly and rudely as if I was an inconvenience. She doesn't even speak to me. Just presses things away and told me to pay a number. I had to ask her to read my order back which she got wrong. I'm convinced everything in the pho is instant. The broth is either powder or from a jar. Even the noodles I believe are the dried kinds. It all tasted like dish water. After 40 mins, they never brought my to-go order. They forgot it. I had to carry my two babies inside to check on it. Never again. Don't go! If you think this is good pho, I promise you it gets better out there.

Wow, this place has sure declined! This used to be my go-to for quick service and great food. Looks like a whole new crew and the service is terrible! 25 minutes to get an oxtail pho and spring roll? People just standing around and customers standing around waiting for their food. No sense of urgency. There are too many good pho places in this area to waste your time at this place. Sad because this used to be my favorite.Think Gordon Ramsey needs to pay a visit here and give this place a reset!

Beyond Mid. Got a large rare beef pho, noodles tasted like cardboard with wood shavings sprinkled in. Broth tasted super plain and the siracha, hosin sauce and chili sauce all were about 1/4 full with large amounts of crusts around the nozzle. Disgusting. Server was a nice young man but gave me the check 7 minutes into eating before I was done, confusing since I was the only one eating there. Other workers have RBF and make you feel like you're irrelevant. I Have eaten here before but it was so forgettable that I forgot that their pho tasted like regrets & trauma.Save your money and hit another spot. There's some other solid food in the same food court.

Overpriced for what you get. The shrimp spring rolls had no flavor whatsoever. Tasted like the shredded lettuce inside. Not even salt. The peanut sauce was watery and largely flavorless.The only good part of the whole meal was the fried egg rolls. 2 large for about $8.

Not bad of a spot for pho. Broth is served hot and has enough flavor. It does taste a bit salty or perhaps filled with powdered spices. The ox tail comes shredded and no bones. The noodles were just ok and tasted as if it's been in the refrigerator for a while. Service was good, staff were friendly. Nice spot since it's close to work and the ambiance is very relaxed and welcoming
