Vietnamese dry noodle noob here and I LOVED IT! I had the house special, mi thap cam, as I was told it has everything. I was recommended to get it dry with soup and pour soup into the noodles as needed. So flavorful and all the meats were delicious. I went back a couple days later and got the ox tail with noodle soup at level 3 spice. Man, it was so spicy, my nose is sweating just thinking about it. 10/10 would still get it again with the same spice level. Kind waitress generously gave me an extra side of spicy sauce in case the soup might not be spicy enough for me but sadly I was too much of a wuss to level up my level 3 soup thank you though

Whoever said the wonton in this place is plump and fat is kinda lying....because the wontons are literally pregnant! Do you remember the insaniquarium game of the olden days? Remember the mother guppy? Yes the wontons are pregnant with twin guppies. It's plump and full of meat and shrimp. The broth is flavorful, and don't forget to add at least a spoonful of chilli to it to add some kick. The dry noodle is slightly harder than al dente, but in every good way. The fried garlic and crispy pork fats add a one-two punch to the flavor profile. Plus the meat sliced and the crispy shrimp fritters, every spoon (chopstick-)full? is a party in your mouth! The mango soda was the only let down though. The mango wasn't ripe so i was expecting a nice sweet soda but it was mostly sour lime. They accepts credit card but only for minimum $20

First timers here and we wish we found it soonerPlenty of seating and greeted by nice helpers by the door. Beat the rush at 10:45. Ask for the special that are only on weekends - real crab filled wontons!Good ambience w/ some hypebeasty decor and modern Viet music. We got the xa xiu, , the mi siu and wonton - all dry. Spoke to the manager and he said today was the first time they introduced the new/revamped/thinner homemade egg noodles and they were def a nice surprise. All good but I would recommend getting extra sauce for your dry noods! Will definitely be back. Thank you

Mai Phat Noodle House, also known as Mai Phat Mi Gia, is serving up the best Vietnamese-Chinese noodle dishes in the Little Saigon area and beyond! This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots, but parking can get tight depending on the day and time you stop by. Inside, they have a nice casual setup with about 6-7 tables for seating. Wifey and I stopped by with some family for lunch around 1pm and were seated right away. For their menu, they have a bunch of dry noodle, soup noodle, and rice dishes to choose from. I decided to try the Mi Sui Cao Kho and wifey got the Mi Thap Cam. Everything we had was so comforting, authentic, and delicious! Overall, this spot is definitely a gem with flavors and dishes that stand out compared to other spots. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. You really cannot go wrong with anything you order here but I would highly recommend trying one of their noodle dishes and their wontons! Mai Phat Noodle House is Viet gang approved!

I am always on the hunt for great Vietnamese soups! Ordered the Egg Noodle combo for $16. Came with a bowl of dry noodles and bbq pork, with a side of dumplings and broth. The broth was nice and clean, the egg noodles had a very distinct sauce! Nothing I've had before at other dry noodle places! Loved the shrimp cracker! What I really loved about this dish is how fresh the dumplings were! And in that soy sauce was amazing! Also tried the fried chicken, it came with a garlic fried rice ($14). Very crispy chicken! Yet the meat fell off the bone! Chicken and rice were very good and flavorful! The sauce isn't the same as $1.99 sauce (IYKYK), but the dish is good none the less. The veggies that came with it was a little lacking (As you can see from my pic-only one slice of tomato and two slices of cucumber).Overall, this was place was delicious and I will definitely be back to try other dishes!

I ate here because I keep seeing ads for the restaurant. I came on the weekend during lunch rush and didn't have to wait long at all. The restaurant is crowder, and the tables are very squeezed together. Parking was extremely difficult but we got lucky and saw an empty space within 5 min of driving around. The service was fast.Fried wonton 3/5. I think the wontons are average for $17. The portion is rather small. Mi kho thap cam 5/5 the sauce was outstanding. There are a variety of toppings to complement the dish. Oxtail soup- 4/5. I didn't order very spicy. I could taste the spicy Chinese taste that I get from hotpot soup cubes I got from the market. There are a few ox tail pieces though. Overall I would come back to try other dishes only when it is not crowded and tiny with no parking

A generous portion of noodles and sui cao! I was pleasantly surprised by how plump and big the sui cao were. The sauce had a nice tangy, vinegary sweetness, and the noodles had the perfect chewy texture--everything worked well together and was definitely delicious. However, it lacked a wow factor that would make me crave it--but I'm definitely curious to come back and try other items. The staff were super friendly and helpful with the menu!

Had their beef bone soup and it was amazing. The beef was nice and tender while still retaining some chew, the soup was nice and rich and the noodles were nice and silky.
