Came here with friends, and we're so glad we did! Love finding gems like this. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and our server was amazing, her recommendations were spot on! **Update! Our server name is Christy***Stated off with the onion brick! So glad we did! Way better than Lucille's! Steak & Ribs: The steak was great, and the baby back ribs were a must-try! Highly recommend upgrading. The mac & cheese was next-level good, going to get that every time! Steak Plate: Cooked well-done for my wife, and she loved it! The corn fritters were delicious, and the mashed potatoes were on point. The only minor letdown was the garlic butter, it needed something, just can't put my finger on it. Tri-Tip Sandwich: Super tender meat, perfectly toasted bun, not burnt, just the right amount of char.THE BREAD... WOW enough said about that! We'll definitely be coming back!

Everything !!! Service, food and even Owner came to our table! He gave us sample of Prime Rib so delicious and we were so stuffed we could not order dessert. However he brought us a generous amount of cheesecake which we split four ways and it was absolutely delicious as well! My new fav go to place !

Decided to go here for lunch today with my son because hey its Friday, and who doesn't like a good steak on a Friday especially for lunch. i've heard good things about this place, so I was curious to check it out for myself. The waitress was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated and I asked her for suggestions on the menu which I thought would be helpful in making my decisionI could've opted for something off of the lunch menu, which would've been cheaper, but she recommended the prime rib as it was only served on weekends and you know what ? why not. My son who is 10 and really does like good burgers opted for the kids burger special, He usually orders off the adult menu, but said he wasn't very hungry. This is where it all went bad, my prime rib, looked like it had been straight broiled and never seen an oven the whole time that it was cooking, not only was it tough but it's supposed to be prime and I'm telling you right now this thing was barely choice. There was no marble or vein in it and to make matters worse they cut off all the exterior of the prime rib ,reasons being unknown, but it was definitely weird (as seen inPhotos.) my son's burger was sad too. This thing had absolutely no dressing, no lettuce ,no tomato just bun meat and cheese. The damn thing didn't even have ketchup on it for christ sake. Honestly, super disappointed in this meal look at the pictures and see for yourself. I'm telling you right now. This meat is absolutely not prime as advertised because it was so chewy that it was almost inedible It felt like this place was trying to do a lot, but really struggling with its identity of fine dining. Probably should've told the waitress about my food but then again she never asked how it was so I didn't want to be that guy and just left it alone. 100% will NOT be back and I would not recommend it to others either.

It wasn't crowded and we asked for hot sourdough with their whipped butter.Oh! Don't leave without trying banana fosters. Sooooo devine!Pricing is just right for the quality. I'm now a new fan!

We've been enjoying Maderas for many years. The food is always delicious, we've never been disappointed. Since moving from the area, Maderas is a must stop when we are in the area. Ribs are always tender, salads fresh, Hatch chili burger is dripping with sauce and covered with a hatch chili ( Art, the owner makes sure the Hatch Chilis are always roasted to perfection). The new to the menu Maderas steak sandwich was the best I've ever had. I hesitated because for a sandwich it seemed pricy but OMG so flavorful, and the steak was plenty and cut like butter. Well worth the price. In fact, this sandwich is big enough to share and comes with either fries, sweet potato fries or coleslaw. I'll be honest, we've tried just about everything on the menu and have always been happy with our choices. Make sure to check out the nightly specials on the board as you enter and don't forget - cheesecake is to die for. There is a full bar and a TV or two for sports. You'll find nice decor with a steakhouse feel. A few nights a week you'll hear local artists playing guitar or keyboard, singing both current and songs of the past. Service is always quick and friendly, waitstaff helpful and professional. Art, the owner is quite often in house welcoming guests and assuring food is top notch.

I was actually quite impressed with Maderas.I came here with some friends for lunch to celebrate two birthdays on a Saturday. We didn't have reservations and arrived around 1pm and there was no wait. It wasn't super busy either and we got seated right away. Maderas is known for their steaks and BBQ, but they have other items on there as well. They had pastas, salads, and seafoods items. For lunch they also had burgers, sandwiches, and some Mexican food. We were given complementary breads and butter to start. For appetizers, we shared the onion brick and Caesar salad. OMG, I am a big onion rings fan and their onion brick was one of the best I have had. It came with a side of BBQ sauce to dip and it was absolutely delicious. Yum! For lunch, I shared the ginormous Tomahawk steak ($125/40-42 oz), which came with two sides. We shared the sweet potato fries and grilled veggies. The Tomahawk steak was cooked to perfection. It was very flavorful and we even had plenty of left overs. It's definitely a treat if you are looking for a good steak. We also ordered some chilaquiles for the table. You get the option of red or green sauce, which meats in it, and how you want your eggs cooked on top. We got the green sauce and it was one of the best chilaquiles I have had. Definitely was flavorful and came with some refried back beans and dirty rice. My only complaint was that it wasn't a larger dish. Since it was our friends birthday they were given some cheese cake. It was also really good and enjoyable. The pricing here was pretty standard for a steakhouse. We paid a little over $400 for the 4 of us and we left satisfied with some leftovers. The staff here was awesome. Our waitress went above and beyond. She was super knowledgable and helpful. She also made sure to be attentive. The food came out fast and we were all pretty happy. The inside of this place has a bit of a diners feeling but a tad more upscale. Maderas is great for lunch or dinner and I cannot wait to come back.

I came here with my family to celebrate my birthday. Service was good. Portions are generous. There was a man playing the guitar and singing. If you aren't sitting close by, you won't hear him. I couldn't hear the music and that was very disappointing.Portions are large. I had prime rib, baked potato, and corn on the cob. I took home half. One of us sent her steak back twice to cook it some more. They brought me a delicious slice of cheesecake with a candle.

We celebrated my younger brother's birthday here. Rhonda was patient - never rushed us. The bartender made my brother's custom drink request better than he imagined it, and my sangria was fruity and a huge pour. The clam chowder was hearty, creamy goodness. My BF and I shared a 28 ounce "rare plus" Porterhouse steak and single, huge beef rib. Baby brother ordered Argentina-style NY steak. We three raved about the flavors. The complimentary slice of cheesecake was generous in size and delicious. We will be back again & again.
