I've been meaning to come here for a while now and I finally did! I got the peanut butter banana shake and it definitely hit the spot! I got the fiber added into it and omg it was so filling, for only about 250-300 calories too! As someone on a cut I'll definitely be back for more sweet treats/emotional support bevvys! Must visit location. Small business and locally owner.Woman owned. Healthy yummy protein and tea choices. "Litty with out the Shitty" is their motto for their pick me up drinks. "Quick healthy meal in a cup". Good vibes from entrance to exit. Owner is on top of it and clearly passionate about the business she and her partner built. We need more of this in the city!

After an intense workout, I was craving a protein smoothie and found LUV Nutrition on Yelp, conveniently located near my gym. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the wonderful husband and wife duo, Julio and Heather, who made me feel instantly welcome. Their passion for their business truly shines through in every interaction.I opted for one of their protein smoothies, and it was exactly what I needed--delicious, refreshing, and packed with all the nutrients to help me recover. The cozy, inviting atmosphere and the personal touch from the owners make this place stand out from the rest.I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu in the future, especially their LIT teas that everyone raves about. Supporting small businesses like this one is something I value, and LUV Nutrition has definitely won me over as a regular customer. If you're in the area, this hidden gem is a must-visit!

The fact that I can get a DECADENT tasting shake that is no guilt? Score! Honestly i don't know if you can get that anywhere else? Everywhere else is just fruit shake options... But this is the only place I've found that makes decadent, sweet tasting shakes that are GOOD FOR YOU! And the taste did not disappoint. I plan to try every single one will definitely be back! Owners are super nice and family friendly too!

I have consistently had positive experiences at this place, making it my go-to spot for protein shakes whenever I'm in the area. The husband and wife team (I didn't know this info until I followed their Instagram), who run the place, are incredibly welcoming and always available to answer any questions I have about add-ons and flavors. My personal favorite is the S'mores shake, to which I add flavorless fiber and probiotics to aid my unpredictable digestive system. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable!The interior has limited seating since it is mainly for to-go. There's ample parking outside.

Protein shakes are delicious here. I found this on the way back from the beach and the staff are very nice and helpful.They have great tasting shakes and I tend to go whenever I'm heading back from the beach.

Stopped at this local shop to grab a protein smoothie for lunch. I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch with a skinny shot and my husband got the Fruity Pebble with a skinny shot. Very delicious! Owner was super sweet and friendly. Great little hidden gem, definitely would go back. I want to get my hands on a lit tea!

Phenomenal. I tried the Caramel delight smoothie from their Girl Scout cookie tasting specials ... yum!!
