Long's Noodles

The layout of this restaurant is a bit unconventional, which makes sense given that it used to be a Pick Up Stix. It gives off more of a fast-food vibe than a comfortable sit-down dining experience, which may not suit everyone's preferences.As someone with a minor shellfish allergy, I was caught off guard to find shrimp in both the Yangzhou Fried Rice and the Wonton Noodle Soup. I had expected the fried rice to be a more mixed dish with both shrimp and char siu, so this discrepancy made me a bit apprehensive about ordering. To be cautious, ate less. Overall, the food was quite enjoyable, and I appreciated the variety on the menu. The service was good, though there was room for improvement in terms of attentiveness. Despite the initial surprises, I had a solid dining experience and plan to return to try more dishes in the future!

This is a hidden gem and completely under-rated. I'm worried when people figure out how good this place is there will be long waits because at the moment you can usually walk in and be seated immediately. Fantastic dishes and no frills. We love Din Tai Fung and this is an excellent local version. Service is straight forward like most authentic Asian restaurants and I don't mind it one bit. So glad to have this local establishment near by.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Taiwanese spot out here in San Clemente. I saw it on the way to the outlets and it crossed my mind again when we were hungry for dinner. Got here around 530pm and quickly ordered the beef noodle soup + beef roll. The noodles were cooked to perfection with a little bounce to it. Broth tasted flavorful and balanced. Meat was tender and savory. Beef roll was saucy and crispy. All great dishes! The staff are super friendly which is always an added bonus. It's nice that they give you a small pitcher of water so you don't have to keep asking for refills.

A friend saw this restaurant on a drive by and suggested we go for lunch. Well we did, and I have been back 3 more times! This place is so good and the staff so nice. My favorite dish is the meat roll as I have never had something like that in another restaurant. From the first bite it exploded with flavor and with the different texture in the bite. We had the won ton soup on the first visit as well and it was very good. Upon the return trips I had or shared the fried rice, noodle dish, soup dumplings and not one was disappointing. I will be back again shortly to experience the food, service and niceness of the staff that happens in a small locally owned restaurant.

Din Tai Fung, they are not, but Food is solid. Menu I found to be limited in terms of offerings. Staff was aloof at best. I liked the fact that you can see the "chefs" preparing food. Overall ambiance is a bit stale for my liking. Definitely worth a try.

Good portions, fresh , quick . Not dine in for me - just a quick noodle craving drew me in . Choices on stirfry were only 2, but they had more hot soup options . The flavor was a bit on the bland side with no frills , slightly greasy than I like . The sesame balls were freshly made and good but not a lot of filling . They say it's all house made fresh so that's a good thing . Nothing fancy though . Probably will try once more for the hot soup dish

Very tasty! Lots of choices and friendly staff. If you live in SC, give 'em a try!They appear to do a busy take-out business. We ate in and were very happy.

We have dined here many times. Went there tonight, restaurant was half empty. The waiter brought over menus and water and we sat there for 20 minutes and he never came back to our table.A couple walked in, he sat them down, brought them waters and immediately starting taking there order. We got up and walked out, he looked at us all confused as to why we were leaving and never even attempted to apologize for either forgetting about us or ignoring us. Take care of your customers, especially regulars that live in San Clemente.
