Long's Noodle

I happened across this restaurant one afternoon and decided to check it out. I ordered the brisket noodle soup and beef noodle soup. They were both delicious! The broth had just the right amount of flavor. The noodles were bouncy and the meat tasted fresh. I noticed the owner of the store walking to each table to ask how the food was. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for authentic Chinese food! If you are craving authentic Chinese noodles, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Absolutely delicious! Took my parents out for lunch and convinced them to try a place we never been to before. Long's Noodles are part of the patrons in the Lake Forest "Shop and Dine Community Program" and it was well worth the visit!! We got the Pork XLB, Fried Beef Noodle, Beef Roll, and Sesame BallsThe soup in the Pork XLB was absolutely AMAZING. My parents are from Taiwan and we usually like the Din Tai Fung style more but Long's Noodles broth wins. Just know that the texture of the meat is different! It's a bit softer than typical XLB.Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating is because the fried noodles, beef roll, and sesame balls were pretty greasy. It was all delicious though!

Came here with high hopes and started off dinner with dishes coming out quick. Establishment is small but was seated promptly and had help with high chairs for my kids. We ordered the chicken stir fried noodles, tomato braised beef noodle soup, beef roll, and pork xlb. The noodles had very little protein and the noodles were slightly salty but my kids gobbled it up. Tomato braised beef noodle soup lacked the tomato flavor and beef wasn't tender. The beef roll was nicely fried, the filling included lettuce and cilantro. Ask for extra sauce since it seems to be dry. The XLB was abnormally large and was mediocre. The broth was good but when I found out the meat was still raw inside and could potentially get us sick, that was enough. We sent back the dish and received a replacement but the meat was extremely mushy. Maybe we got the wrong dishes?

Overall, I thought the food here was just okay. A lot has to do with the pork mix that was used for their friend pork buns, wontons, and XLBs since it seemed to be all the same. The pork was mushy, a bit pink, and tasted a bit off. The texture just wasn't there. The beef roll (our usual go-to) was filled with lettuce and thickly cut dry beef. Sadly that was a miss as well. The only hits for me today was the spicy shrimp wonton and the cucumbers appetizer, which is probably due to the fact it had no pork in it. Overall, I felt that the dishes were pretty pricy and the flavors weren't there.

It's in their name. 100% get the fried noodles !! So yummy straight off the wok - we got the chicken fried noodle.They have an interesting take on shumai- theirs only has shrimp, no pork. To be fair, I like the original version but happy it provides people who can't eat pork with an alternative.

Enjoyed this place. All of our orders were so good! We ordered the braised beef noodle soup, prok xiao long bao, chicken dumplings, & cucumber salad. All were very tasty and delicious! Their xiao long bao has more soup compared to Din Tai Fung's. Service is fast. Place is casual and food is very reasonably priced. Glad we tried this place!

I found Long's Noodle on Yelp, and since it's only minutes away from me, I decided to check it out with a friend. I've been a fan ever since! Now, I frequently DoorDash their food for lunch, and it never disappoints.Braised Beef Noodle Soup - The soup is spicy but consistently delicious! You get a generous portion of noodles and beef, and I always order a side of bok choy to add in--it's a perfect combo.Beef Roll - Consistently amazing! The onion pancake it's wrapped in is so flavorful, I could eat it on its own.Xiao Long Bao - It's good, though I've had better elsewhere. Still, it definitely satisfies my soup dumpling cravings.Pan Fried Shrimp and Pork Buns - These are just okay. I gave them a second try, but I probably wouldn't order them again.Sesame Balls - Absolutely delicious and consistently so! My toddler and I are addicted, and we order them every time.Overall, Long's Noodle is a solid spot for a quick, tasty meal and the convenience makes it an easy go-to.Yummy yumyum!!

Very good Chinese noodles and dumplings. Good service too.If you're looking for a place in flower Ranch that has authentic Chinese noodles and other Chinese cuisines, this is the place to go. Let's start with the braise beef noodles that was very spicy. Flavor was decently good served with bok choy. We also ordered the mushroom noodles, a little bland, but still tasty.We also ordered the shrimp dumplings, filled with a lot of shrimp. This also is cooked in was OK, I was expecting a little more zesty.Definitely recommend

Don't miss the **Hot & Sour Intestine Soup**: tangy, spicy, and surprisingly tender (no gaminess at all!). The **Xiao Long Bao** are flawless--juicy, steamy, and packed with broth.
