I came here with a couple of friends for lunch. I discovered Lola's in my instagram feed. In the feed a food blogger was enjoying their chicken fried steak breakfast burrito. Which looked amazing and the reason I wanted to come here to eat. Unless you come when they open I highly recommend using their waitlist which can be found on their website. I submitted my request at 11:30am. At the time I was guest 24. By the time my friend picked me up we were at 11 with a 15 min drive to Lola's from my house. Half way we dropped to 5 down to 3 when we parked the table was ready by the time we reached the door at 12:52pm. Perfect timing on our part. I checked in with the hostess who promptly prepared our table. A young man named Troy came over and greeted us and asked if we been there before. Told him it our first time and he gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. My friend Mike end up ordering their breakfast burrito with Longanisa. Bang ordered their Loco Moco. I didn't see the chicken fried steak burrito on the menu and asked Troy. He said it's a secret menu item named Loco Moco burrito. I order that and all three of us ordered their Mimosa flight. Which came with 4 different flavors. When the food arrived ten minutes later it tasted how it looked amazing. My Sil wanted to come here for their birria chilaquiles so I placed an order to go for her. By the time it was 1:50 there were still 4 parties waiting and they were supposed to close at 2:00pm. This shows how busy Lola's gets. Overall an excellent experience. The service was top notch and food delicious. I would return and highly recommend. My Sil and brother loved the birria chilaquiles and would recommend.

I've been to Lola's multiple times, and every visit leaves me completely satisfied! While there's usually a long wait, timing it right can make all the difference and you can even join the waitlist directly from their website. Just be sure to check in within five minutes once your name is called, or you'll lose your spot. This time, my boyfriend went for the Longsilog, while I decided to try the Bangus Sisig for the first time. It was decent, but I have to say, I still prefer my usual go-to, the Bangsilog. The flavors just hit differently!Though the space is on the smaller side, they manage to accommodate larger parties, and the staff is always attentive and ready to assist. If you're craving a solid Filipino brunch, Lola's MFK is definitely worth checking out and you won't be disappointed!

So, I was meeting m BFF for breakfast. She got there when they first opened and there was a line. I showed up shortly after and everyone was seated with open tables. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant is pretty small. The parking lot is easy but, it was early and there were no events going on. There was a line and wait when we left.We got the platter. We just like to try all the things. I am always down for protein and more protein. The sausage thing was the best. The darker meat was dry. The chicken was okay. The other meat with the sauce was decent. The rice was okay. Nothing special or garlicky about it. Eggs were well cooked. The spritz was good. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing, I am not sure but, it was pretty busy for what we got.

I can't believe I haven't written a review for Lola's! This is my go-to spot for brunch before heading back home from a couple days in Anaheim. Brunch here is my absolute favorite, because you can order that nostalgic Filipinx dish your mom or grandma (aka lola) used to cook for you, or you can order "fancy" breakfast like flavored french toast or somethin. Either way, your tastebuds will thank you for the mix of flavors and textures from each dish. My go-to order is either their Tapsilog which is Beef Tapa with Garlic Rice + Fried Egg or Bansilong which is Bangus (fried milkfish) with Garlic Rice + Fried Egg. Other yummy eats are their Bangus Sisig and the Ube French Toast. I need to try something else but I can't help but gravitate towards my faves. For their drinks, they have a great variety! Mimosa flights, beer flights, and coffee flights! Each mimosa, beer and/or coffee has a Filipinx twist to it! Mango, Calamansi, Ube! They even have an Ube Horchata which is delicious! But my last drink order was an Iced Milo (no coffee) and ahh... satisfying for sure! The music they play in the restaurant is 5/5!!! A mix of OPM hits, R&B, classic 80s-90s, etc. etc. Trust me, you can't help but sing along to whatever song is playing! You can also find Lola's playlist, I believe, on Spotify! Service here is quick once you are seated and ordered. I do suggest getting your name on the waitlist esp on weekends. This place gets packed right at opening! Overall, if you're looking for Filipinx brunch in Anaheim, def check out Lola's!

The staff was super friendly and we received our food and drinks quickly. We got the bangus sisig, the cold brew flight, and the pancake flight. The pancakes were ok, the sauces (besides nutella) had weaker flavors than I expected, but were still good. The bangus sisig was super good and the cold brew flight was ok (tasted a little diluted). Overall, a good experience though, and I plan to go back for their savory food options!

Never had Filipino breakfast food before until recently and the palate was interesting and delicious. I've been wanting to give this place a try for a while now too, so I'm glad we visited when we're in the area.I ordered the Longanisa sausage bowl with garlic rice and my gf got the avocado toast. We initially wanted to try the Bangus Sisig, but after looking at pictures, it doesn't look that appetizing. We also ordered a pandan coffee and the ube coffee and both were bomb. It wasn't too sweet, just perfect. The sausage bowl was savory and it paired well with the rice and pink vinegar sauce. First time having that sauce and it changed my perspective of it. The flavor really opened my eyes. It was a tongue orgasm. Their sweet ketchup sauce was bomb too. The avocado toast was alright; nothing special. Overall, it was still a good experience. The lady who served us was very kind and patient. I think she was the owner's daughter. Shout out to her. I gotta come back and try that fish dish though.
