My husband and I tried Loaded Cafe for the first time today. We had the Chilaquiles. I was amazed how awesome it was!!! The refried beans were delicious too! The sweet bread that was served was delicious as well!!We'll be back! I can't wait to bring my son here!!

I found Loaded Cafe last minute and was intrigued because I saw that they serve conchas as a freebie to all customers! Arrived this past Monday in the morning for a table of 2 and was seated right away!Our table was a little sticky and so were our menus. Our server brought us waters and my cup had some bits of tajin or something like that so I requested a new water. I ordered their Chilaquiles Torta with spice green sauce. It was an extra ridiculous up charge to add asada so I didn't. The torta only had a light spreading of beans inside. The bed or tortilla chips aka chilaquiles was really sad. The whole dish looked miserable. The chef clearly didn't put in any effort to make my dish good. My mom ordered one of their value crepe dish with two slices of bacon and a sad extra $1 charge for an egg. Didn't look appetizing at all. Best of all, we never received our conchas and was very hard to flag down any staff.There were two girls that served other tables and they seemed great. Our guy server was not good at all. Dude seemed like he was in a rush and I had to slowly repeat my order several times because he could not comprehend my request quick enough. I noticed tables with Mexican people received way more attention and friendly service. We were sat at the front by the entrance booth but was still very hard to get decent service.Do yourself a favor and don't eat at this location. Area did not seem sanitary, food was meh, and service was way subpar as well. I went to the bakery to get a special concha and that was delicious. I just wish we had received our conchas that every other table was getting complimentary even before ordering.

Came here for breakfast with my boyfriend to try something new. Their menu had a variety of Mexican inspired breakfast favorites along with most of the classic breakfast combos. It was a clean atmosphere and the free concha's prior to ordering were delicious! He ordered the classic breakfast burrito and I got the Chilaquiles. For a restaurant with the name "Loaded cafe" their portions were anything BUT loaded. I wish I would have taken a photo but his $16.99 burrito was smaller than a Del taco Epic burrito and NOT very loaded. My Chilaquiles were $22 came with hash browns but the hash browns took up most of the plate. The portion of chilaquiles was only about 1/3. We only got waters and no extra breakfast sides. However, my boyfriend asked for a side of sour cream which we got charged extra for without our knowledge and I asked if the steak in my chilaquiles could be substituted for beans and got charged and extra 2.99. With that being said paying almost $50 for this meal seemed so far fetched it had us flabbergasted. Knowing that there were other diners that had the same meal for a better price and MUCH better portions had us regretting our decision to try something new. On top of that our server wasn't very friendly or welcoming nor did she explain the extra charges. If you're a fan of breakfast and love those diner type portions I would be cautious spending your money here. If you don't care much about price or portion and want a fusion breakfast then you might enjoy what they have to offer.

This review is strictly for Panecito inside Loaded Cafe. I've only had conchas once or twice when I was young, from grocery stores like Northgate. I found them to be dry so I never tried them since...until I had a taste of the conchas from Panecito. They are so soft, warm, crumbly, and flavorful! I've tried apple pie, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate flavors. All were tasty and I'm going back to try more! The cashier who helped me was so sweet and patient when I asked questions. The male bakers near the oven were kind of giving me a weird look but I tried not to think anything of it. I still rated this 5 stars for the conchas!

The customer service was decent, though not exceptional. I had higher expectations for the food and felt it could have been much better--the presentation was stunning, but the flavor fell short. I enjoyed two out of the three coffee flights, which were a highlight of the visit. The establishment was clean and appeared to be undergoing a remodel. Overall, my experience was just okay--it had its moments but didn't fully meet my expectations.
