For the past several years, especially during holiday times this is the best place to get to tamales! The banana wrapped ones are especially delicious, and the pork and jalapeño ones superb. Usually family friends make tamales for us this holiday time, but this year, apparently not. ...so I get to go to one of my favorite places for tamales, this morning - Linda's Coffee and Donuts Plus This wonderful family owned restaurant / bakery has multicultural breakfast plates, their BLT and their bacon, egg n cheese, croissant hands-down delicious. To wrap up this review, needing to mention that the prices are extremely affordable. The vibe is fun, service is always consistently thoughtful too.

Fantastic tamales! We came here because we saw a few reviews about tamales! They don't really advertise it but they had them at around 11 am when we went! They had beef, cheese and jalapeño and pork! Absolutely delicious and everyone who worked there was so friendly! Molika was the sweetest helping us out!

Absolutely incredible donuts, especially the old fashioned ones!! The owner is extremely kind! We used to go to their old location when we lived in cali and no donuts in TX compared, so I found their new location and simply had to go. Highly recommend for the warm atmosphere and amazing sweets! Enjoy ~!

The owners of Linda's are so sweet and hospitable! I ordered a tamale, plantains and a vanilla coffee blended drink all for a very reasonable price and all delicious! I loved my experience. It was so warm! Support this small business

This place is a hidden gem of Mission Viejo. Family owned establishment known for coffee and donuts but has low key the best tamales I have had in California and at a great price. For $4.50 total I had a pork and a chicken tamale covered in a beef sauce while waiting for my haircut appointment next door and it was filling and delicious. The tamales were tender and moist without any dryness or chewiness and where many tamales can be lacking in meat, these ones are full of them. Additionally, these tamales are covered to allow them the ability to maintain both the heat and the moisture which is a departure from many restaurants i have eaten tamales at on the west coast.The interior of the restaurant may be outdated but it is clean and you can tell the owners take pride in the food that they serve and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and cheap yet filling quality meal

So I work as an Amazon driver up the street, and decided to finally try this spot since I've been told by co workers "this spot is THE MOVE BRO". So glad I finally tried it now, since this is my new go to spot FOR SURE. I love to support a family business, but it's just so much of a win for me since I get to fill up the Amazon truck before I start my day, and stop for such a gem this place is. The breakfast burrito was the best I've ever had in a very long time. Got my hair cut next door once before, they also are amazing.

I came here for the first time and ordered two sandwiches, i kept repeating my order just to make sure they got it right and i wouldn't have to come back, which wasn't the case because they got one of the sandwiches wrong I had to come back they "fixed it" when I looked at the sandwich, they put the most burnt pieces of bacon on them, ruined the whole thing
