Wow! Literally just finished eating the Canyon (Asiago) bagel and it blew my mind! The lemon hints are such a fun and tasty element. The ratios of bagel:cream:egg is just perfect. Service was good. The staff walked me through as this was my first time. My EMS crew loved it. Ambiance was good. Clean, on the smaller capacity side, but who cares, the food and vanilla iced coffee were amazing! I've been to this spot several times with my cousin, and it never lets us down. The customer service is amazing, with friendly staff who make you feel welcome, especially in the mornings. Even though there are often long lines, it's always worth the wait.The food is delicious, especially the bagels. They're perfectly balanced--crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and never overcooked. You can tell everything is made with care.The place may be small, but it's always clean and tidy. If you're looking for a quick & tasty pick me up, this is the place to go.

I heard about LilyPopp years ago when I believe it was chosen as one of the best bagel shops around. Finally got to stop in. It's easy access from the freeway, by the way.We got there near closing time but we were welcomed in and told to take our time eating our lunch, which was nice. The bagels were good with some flavors that you don't find in other places. Red Velvet or Parmesan bagels, for example. There was a good variety of cream cheese flavors and toppings. I didn't notice until afterward that they will hollow your bagel. A nice touch to lower carbs!I had the Lily's cold sandwich with roast beef, avocado, arugula, onion, garlic butter, and mayo. Good ingredients and good sandwich. Hearty enough to share.

Upon walking in you were greeted by happy workers ! There is plenty of seating and it is a smaller little bagel shop so you can take your food to go! And the I was able to place my order quickly it came out within less then 5 mins. It came out fresh and delicious!

The lox bagel was so perfect! Toasty bagel and the saltiness of the salmon and capers were bliss with the cream cheese. The bagel was big so I had to have the other half for later. Portion was on point! I ordered a chai tea latte, but forgot to get non dairy milk, so I asked if it can be remade, but I had to be charged again. So this isn't like Starbucks, so just make sure you get your order right the first time. Ambiance was decent inside, there were at least 5+ small tables to enjoy your bagels on. :) Plenty of parking outside.

The bagels here are phenomenal!!!These bagels are baked to fluffy perfection! I had the Canyon Special, which I enjoyed and would order again. However, I'd substitute the jalapeño cream cheese to regular cream cheese and add some onion in it. The cashier who took my order was super helpful and kind, he was a highlight of my day. The restaurant has plenty of seating!

Had a great Asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese here! The bagel was fluffy and not too dense. The cream cheese was the perfect amount. I just wish there was at least one vegetarian breakfast or hot lunch sandwich option. Everything there had meat. I could order one without meat but I'm not big on paying the same amount to have less.Service is very friendly and they have wifi. Parking is easy.

A cozy small shop; you order and pick up at counter. Upon entering we saw half the side of shop with regular tables, had the chairs already flipped onto table, leaving us with the bar stool counter tables. Me having a toddler was annoyed, since I wish I could sit at the regular lower tables but the guy was sweeping that area with the chairs flipped so didn't give me much choice. We also doubled checked the closing time and we still had an hour+ before closing and they were already pre-closing? I worked in food service and we never preclosed until the last couple mins before the shop closed..I think this creates an environment where the customers feel rushed or uncomfortable sitting at the shop to eat. After ordering, I sat down and there was a group after us, a mom and her 3 kids looking for a place to sit and I can tell on her face like we'll never mind gotta go somewhere else to eat. While we were looking at the menu, the person on the register was scrolling through his phone so felt weird for us to be like oki were ready to order..phones should be put away. Also, one of the staff, possibly a family member, was visibly frustrated while bringing in bagels and supplies, huffing and mumbling loudly. The tension between him and the other female worker was noticeable, which affected the overall customer experience.Quality control: the portion of eggs in the breakfast egg sandwich (canyon). My friend tried this sandwich before loved it, so wanted to order again for me to try..and we were both disappointed in the portion of egg to bagel, you taste more bagel than eggs. she noted there was way more last time.At the end of our visit, (still opening hours) I smelled fabolouso? the mop detergent while eating and took away from the experience of enjoying the food..your sense of smell is part of your taste, the cleaning solution while tryin to eat a sandwich is not a pleasant combo..so I highly recommend for them to wait until last customers leave, or when store is closed. Drinks:Richie iced coffee: I love strong coffee so thought this would be good. it's the vanily latte with double shot added. so I was expecting to have a burst of coffee flavor but came out more milky..for it being almost $10 it tasted like a regular vanilla latte..maybe someone forgot to add the shots? But wasn't strong. Leaving on positive note:My toddler is pretty picky so got her chocolate bagel with cream cheese and she loved it! The chocolate bagel has a hint of chocolate and wasn't super sweet!I got the Lox-with smoked salmon onions and capers on Asiago bagel. everything was portioned well and overall great flavor. I like it spicy so I asked for hot sauce and they gave me tapitio in a sauce portion cup.I love to support local business, and do plan to come back. so I hope my feedback will reach to them so they can improve and excel.

This is somewhat of a gem for good bagels in the area which doesn't have too many options for bagel specialized businesses. I've tried the nearby chain stores (bagel me) and they are overpriced and not fresh. Not snobby about chains.. is loved Einstein bagels found in metros or in San Diego. The visits are very hit and miss here with customer service and experience. I think sometimes the staff are distracted or don't seem to care too much - which is totally normal and ok by me; service industry is Hard. What's gotten me disappointed is the smell of cleaner on the bagels lately. I always love smell bread and they have been smelling faintly of cleaning solution lately - in croissants and bagels alike.

I was dining in next door at Masito and was searching through Yelp and found this gem with an almost perfect Yelp rating so I had to bookmark it for a future visit. One morning after work, I headed over to this place and I'm glad I did!Here's what I ordered:**Canyon Special: I wanted to go with a blueberry bagel but since it was my first visit, I had to try it with a plain bagel just to see if I liked it or not. It was a little bit on the saltier side from the jalapeno cream cheese but it tasted delicious! Easily one of the tastiest bagel breakfast sandwiches I've had, HANDS DOWN. I will definitely try it with other flavor bagels! (4.5/5)**Plain Bagel with Plain Cream Cheese: Delicious! They were very generous with the cream cheese. The bagel itself was so moist even when it cooled down several hours later. (5/5)**Richie Style Iced Coffee: This was not my jam but still fairly good. You can taste the double shot of espresso but it was way too sweet for my taste. I would consider adding an extra shot of espresso or go half sweet next time around. (4/5)Nice little mom & pop bagel joint. Prices are very fair and service is excellent. I will definitely be back in the near future to try more of their menu!
