Lean Mean Meal Prep

First meal prep service I've tried. I finally decided to go for it because I'm so busy and I've been working with a personal trainer to reach my fitness goals. My trainer suggested I look into a meal prep service so I could get better results and make more consistent progress. I feel like I definitely feel the difference training eating really balanced and protein heavy meals I've also been able to lose a few pounds in these 3 weeks. I am on my third set of meals, and I really love it so far. I think it is a great value for the convenience and quality and I like their selection and diversity. Their packaging is also really great, and everything is very intentional and organized. Every couple of weeks they change up the menu I appreciate being able to do swaps as well because I can't eat broccoli/cauliflower anymore Everything was really easy on the sign up and I was contacted to arrange delivery right away. Communication is consistent and great, any issues I can directly communicate with someone and it will be handled right away.I am very happy with the service, and I love supporting as local as possible! I would definitely recommend to try if you are interested in a meal prep service and are local in their service area. I think if I could offer any feedback it would be great if there were some vegetarian options or swaps available someday? My partner is vegetarian and this could have been a double client household :) but yeah understandably different target populations for different meal prep services - but just thought I would share.

Honestly, amazing company. Easy to work with. Great communication, makes it feel almost intimate // like they really care about their customers. Shout to Christie (reaches out every Wednesday regarding the next delivery). Thank you Kien, for meeting me half way, the week before on Monday, so I can pick up my delivery when I was unavailable for drop off. Lastly, thank you to Mercedes for your services on Sunday and to the chefs. The food is pretty good. 5/5 recommend to anyone looking.

I have been using Lean Mean Meal Prep since late November for the Monthly plan and I must say, the food is incredible! Each meal is both tasty and fresh, with a wide variety of options to choose from so you never get bored. I love how the meal packaging shows the macros for each meal, making it easy to track my nutrition. What sets them apart is their outstanding customer service - they are quick to reply, address any issues, and make you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend!

Not going to lie, it took me the whole day researching different meal prep companies to order from. This company stuck out the most for me because of their menu choices and their excellent customer service. There is a meal plan for everyone; even if you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. I made a note that I have a seafood allergy and they made sure I was well taken care of. Excellent customer service - friendly, great communication, quick responses. Delivery always arrives during the designated time, is contactless, and very well packaged.The food:The meals are freshly prepared, not frozen, and ready to be reheated. Many meal delivery services are so high in sodium. Not the case with Lean Mean Meal Prep. With every delivery, a nutritional breakdown is included. Most importantly, the meals are tasty, lots of variety! 100/10 recommend!

I'm impressed! Eating clean, being able to track macronutrients, and knowing what is in my food is important to me. Lean Mean Meal Prep has given me back hours spent focusing on my food. Now, instead of planning, prepping, making, and cleaning up from all of my meals, I pick from a delicious weekly menu. Fresh and tasty, ready to eat meals show up to my door on Sunday. They take the guesswork and decision fatigue out of my food. Pros: - fuller feeling meals: I've tried other meal prep services and have been left feeling a bit hungry afterward. The portions at Lean Mean make me feel more satiated. - flavor: I love home-cooked food and was wary of a meal prep service having enough flavor. Lean Mean Meal Prep has also thoughtfully crafted their dishes to be tasty while remaining macro friendly. - variety: I didn't want to feel like I'm eating the same thing for every meal. The menu gets updated every week. All the options feel fresh and different from each other. - customer service: Communication is on point with Lean Mean. Chef Kiet is responsive and listens to my feedback. You can tell she has a passion for cooking and nutrition. My favorite dishes so far: - Spicy Basil Ground Chicken (this should be a weekly offering, in my opinion)- Coconut Curry Salmon- Chimichurri Meatballs- Turkey Pizza PastaChef Kiet and the Lean Mean Meal Prep crew has earned a longtime customer with me.

Everything I've tried has tasted so good and tastes so fresh You can tell they really take their time and prioritize quality in their meals. I like that they have a variety of meals to choose from and their menu rotates so it's always new and exciting. I ordered on Thursday and the meals came Sunday morning. They texted me prior to arrival and are very prompt with delivery service. Everything was packaged so nicely. They have been very attentive and accommodating. They reply so quickly and offer excellent customer service. It has been wonderful working with them. Im looking forward to trying more of the meals!! Hands down, best meal prep service in LA!!

They now offer samples at their partnered gyms & vendors!And it's the right size to get a taste of what they offer to make you want more and try the rest of their menu.They were at Hardkour Performance's HK Class the other day, where I got to try out their new items:Shrimp Pineapple Fried Rice and Cocoanut Chicken with Broccoli.Cocoanut Chicken was tender, cooked well, and slightly spicy with the sauce marinated inside. The broccoli was cooked better from the last time I tried some where it was more juicy and moist.The pineapple shrimp fried rice had a light spice and cajun seasoning. This is the first time I had this kind of fried rice, and won me over with how well it mixed with the cocoanut chicken with broccoli.They are a definite must try for those who like foods with some spice!

I'm so glad I got my meals prepped! I'm a very busy person, always on the go, and picking up food & cooking was taking time away from doing my homework, studying, and anything around my job is unhealthy and on average costs over $10 per meal wherever I go around work. All the meals are delicious and super convenient for my busy life! I can even fit a meal or two in my backpack so I dont have to spend money at restaurants on campus. I highly recommend Lean Mean Meals. The owner is a fitness pro, and has great advice. He really cares to help people out with their goals. The cost is very reasonable. I've walked into healthy, meal prep restaurants and their average meals were around $12-15 per meal. Glad I found this meal prep business! I highly recommend it.
