If you're a shrimp lover, this is your place! Le Shrimp specializes in a shrimp broth noodle, which was really interesting to try.I had the shrimp tacos and the A1 (signature trio). Starting with the shrimp tacos, these were AMAZING. They're very small, but cheap at 2 for $4.50. I highly recommend them! The A1 was pretty good, although a bit pricey and I wish there was some option to add spice to it. I did really love the prawn balls though and wish I got more. You also get your choice of wide or thin noodles which is a nice customizable option. The restaurant itself is very clean, and service was excellent. You can tell the standard for customer service is very high here and they care about getting you the best dining experience possible. I will definitely be back!

Came back here for dinner with our friends before heading to the airport on Friday.Definitely was a bit busier than the last time we came. We were able to get seated within a couple of minutes. We did have to get our menus from the counter and then go put it back.Food did take awhile to come out but that's due to the store being busy. The noodles were definitely very flavorful. I do like the texture of the wide noodles. The fries were crispy and good. The spinach was delicious

Visited with family to try their wok-hei style broth that seasons their noodle soups. Besides noodle dishes they have a small selection of rice dishes and multiple appetizers or sides to pair with your main dishes. I only saw about 2 vegan entrees and under a handful of vegan appetizers. I ordered the Shrimp and soy sauce chicken noodles in shrimp broth soup, my aunt tried the shrimp trio noodle soup (shrimp, shrimp meatballs with tobiko, and shrimp dumplings), my cousin got the soy chicken dry noodle dish, and my other aunt got the vegan dry noodle dish (bok choy, seasoned bamboo shoots, fried tofu toppings). Dry noodle dishes didn't have any side of broth included but came with a good amount of sauce at the bottom of the bowl to mix everything together with. All noodle dishes give you the option of thin or flat noodles. We all chose thin noodles. We also shared the spinach in vegan oyster sauce, and cucumber salad appetizers. Everyone enjoyed their dishes overall. The broth was flavorful with depth. Only downside to me was that the noodles were somewhat overcooked and too soft to my liking, so I'd request that they cook the noodles al dente next time so you get that signature noodle bounce and mouthfeel. They also ran out of a few dishes we wanted ti try when we came in for dinner so maybe next time we'll aim for lunch instead. I'd like to return to try some other dry noodle dishes next time. Located in a shopping plaza on the corner of Brookhurst and Talbert.

Likes:+ Exotic ingredients. In their signature A1 bowl, the ebiko prawn balls have interesting texture. It has a crunchy feel kinda like popping boba.+ The lava egg is also yummy and exotic.+ Polite, helpful, well-dressed staff.+ Aesthetic interior decor.+ Plenty of indoor seating.+ Ample parking.+ Conveniently located right off the 405.. Everything in the F1 chicken rice bowl seemed pretty ordinary to me.. The pricing is just about right.Non-likes:- Service is a tad slow. It may be to produce high quality meals.I had:$18.95 A1 Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle +$2.20 Lava Egg +$13.25 F1 Braised Chicken Rice Bowl + tax + tip= $42

I got the braised scallion soy chicken dry noodle and thought it was delicious! Wish they offer chili oil for free since I just wanted to add a bit more spice to my meal but overall I like the flavor of the meal. Not a huge shrimp flavor person so nice they had other alternatives. Ambiance was clean and nice. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

From food to service to atmosphere, this place was the perfect spot for a casual dinner. My girls and I were deciding between a pho place or this and ended up siding with this spot for their extensive and interesting menu. Also we love that this location is spacious because we had a baby with us. Parking was really easy here as there were plenty of spots open. For our food selection, we got the cold tofu, cucumbers, both types of spicy wontons, Le Shrimp trio broth noodles (with thick noodles), and the crispy chicken rice bowl. Everything had such great flavors to it. My favorite of the night had to be the cold tofu and it might be because they used silken tofu. Obsessed with how sweet, savory, and soft it was. We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable everything was. Our total bill came out less than $70! Honorable mention to our fantastic and only server of the night, Truman! He did an incredible job at helping us out and accommodating a lot of our needs. We also loved how playful he was with the baby at our table. Thanks Truman for making the experience even more wonderful!

Service was amazing by our server Truman. He was funny a lot of times with us. He definitely showed he loved to serve his guest. He was professional and relatable. He was very patient and explained to us the menu. It was our first time there, so he was very kind to offer a small sample of the broth. It was not busy, so I think its why we were able to get excellent service. We had arrived early before they opened, not realizing they opened at 5pm, and close after lunch time. Food was really good. The chili paste sauce was great with the soup. The shrimp tacos were very bite sized, so you can easily finish 2 orders of that appetizer on your own. I liked how the shrimp was already peeled, we didn't need to request it peeled. They offer free wifi and had clean bathrooms. The place is bright, which I like a restaurant to be very well lit. Overall, great location to enjoy your food and not be rushed. Its more of a less busy location and plenty of parking.

11/26/24 Update to my previous review:Remembered that I had the coupon for $15 off $40+ that would expire 11/29/24, so took the opportunity to bring in my son to try the shrimp noodle broth. We both ordered the A1 Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle Soup, but he ordered his with the thick noodles while I ordered mine with the thin noodles. We both made it a combo and chose the Braised Tofu (warm) and iced green tea.My son enjoyed the Braised Tofu and the broth it was in and gave it a 3.5 out of 5 rating. He also really liked the Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle Soup and wanted to bring the bowl to his lips to slurp before I chimed him for his manners. He mentioned that he thought the noodles would be thicker/wider. He gave the Noodle soup a 4 out of 5 rating and said the shrimp balls reminded him of dim sum.Atmosphere was still nice with clean tables, bright room, and ambient jazz instrumental music playing in the background. Service was still quick and attentive as restaurant was at 40% full. Son said he would come back to this restaurant again.

A new location for Le Shrimp has opened and its luckily in Fountain Valley! This location is quite spacious with plenty of seating with clean & modern design. On my recent lunch outing here on Friday, I ordered their A2 - Spicy Prawn & Scallion Braised Chicken Noodles. The noodles were smooth and easy to slurp while having a nice chew. The broth was flavorful and spicy. The prawns were of a good size and well-cooked. The braised chicken was tender and juicy. The bowl came together for a flavorful meal.Service was friendly and prompt. The staff were coming by to refill water often and I didn't wait long for my food. Parking is easy to find as it's located in a big plaza. If you are craving for some noodle soup, especially during the colder months, come check out Le Shrimp!

Was not too sure how I would have felt with a shrimp broth as I have not tried it before. Surprisingly it was delicious and very well flavored. The noodles were the perfect texture and thickness. Service was fast and easy here. We ordered our food and it can pretty quickly. The tofu appetizer was also delicious and a must try. We will be back again to try out some other items from the menu.
