I love going to my local farmers markets. I came across Le Saint Honored at my market. I'm always skeptical because I've had so many dry and just not great pastries. So i usually buy one to three different items and taste test them with my family to try and see how they are. I haven't had one bad croissant or pastry. They are never dry!! I love the flavors! My first purchase was the pistachio croissant. It was so delicious and in the middle I had a nice surprise with their amazing pistachio custard filling. One of my favorites!! I also tried the cream cheese jalapeño croissant that was very tasty with a kick. Also very good. Normally I'm not a berry fruit tart person but i decided to try some because i knew my family would enjoy them. I have tried the blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, lemon, apple, and chocolate. They are all very good! The custard under the fruit is my favorite part. The fruit custard pastries are presented beautifully. When I know I am going to have guests I love to go to the farmers market and get an assortment. I had a girls night recently and made a really beautiful fall charcuterie board. I made sure to put the fruit pastries around for a dessert. All my guests loved them. Most of them cut them in half so they could sample and share more than one flavor. I highly recommend trying this place! For someone who is very picky with pastries, these are so fresh, never dry, and very tasty!

This is the second time I've had Le Saint Honore treats from their mini farmer's market at Kaiser in La Palma. My first time I had a slice of their Spinach Quiche and a custard tart. I'm not sure how they did it but the quiche was dense, creamy & light all at the same time! It was SUPERB!! I've had several quiche and this one was top notch. The custard tart was good but I expected so much more after eating the quiche & while this was still delicious it wasn't over-the-top like the quiche.Today I enjoy 2 croissants, a spinach cheese and raspberry cream. Both were light and fluffy & looked absolutely gorgeous, sorry I didn't take a photo. Both were good but the raspberry cream definitely won this round. The cream filling inside was sweet but not overdone. I just wish there was a little bit more, I savored every bit of it!The spinach croissant was good. Still fluffy & crispy on the outside but the inside filling wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. I'd definitely give the raspberry croissant and quiche 5 stars. My recommendation is to give them a try, you're bound to find something that fits your tastebuds.

Always my special treat when I go to the Mt. SAC farmers market on Saturday mornings. This weekend I was this first customer and was thrilled to see the piles of beautiful, tasty pastries that I love. Their kouign ammans are a little different now with sugar sprinkles in top but I liked it, they also have pretty chocolate circles with their logo imprinted on them on top of some of their chocolate pastries. I finally tried some of their savory croissants and they were great! I warmed them up in the toaster oven at 350 for a couple minutes before eating and it melts them so much better. The jalapeño cheese croissant is chock full of jalapeños so you are getting a nice kick in every bite. The ham and cheese has Everything but the bagel seasoning on top and my son enjoyed it.

Got croissants to share- we figured we'd split the ham and cheese and pistachio so we'd have the best of both the sweet and savory worlds. We cut them in half down the middle. The ham and cheese only had ham on one side- the other half was basically plain and the pistachio filling had some sort of gross bright green dye, I didn't even bother trying it it looked so fake...my friend tried it and didn't care for it. It's unfortunate because they looked tasty as you can see from the pics! We did take a baguette home and at least that didn't disappoint.

Was at the farmers market in OC on 10/12/24 and asked for a sourdough loaf sliced. Get home and it has like fennel, cardamom or some other type or herb that was not disclosed upon purchase. Not a good flavor at all. Disappointed.

Not much better than the pastry department at Vons or Ralphs. The croissant bateau, while very attractive, has a poor quality custard, the texture is too thick and lacks vanilla flavor. The apple galette was flavorless and undercooked leaving the apples raw instead of being nicely baked.

Food this place at the Upland street market on 2nd while going to BeachBum clinic...so after my session. Immediately went to this place and bought some desserts and pastries. I bought the croissant with pistachios, croissant danish with chocolate custard, fruit croissant, chocolate tart and the raspberry tart. Everything was delicious and it was not that sweet. Although the price is a little bit pricey but worth a try and taste. Come and visit the place and review it yourself. Loving it and it's closer than going to Dana point or Long Beach.

Wow wow wow! What a hidden gem!We came across Le Saint Honore when we visited the Saturday farmers market at Mt.San Antonio college. They sell fresh french pastries and everything was soooooo tasty and fresh! The Ham and bacon quiche was definitely at hit at our house. It was soft, creamy, and they were soooo generous with the ham and bacon!! Definitely will be coming back here.
