Decent place, four star only in relation to paleteria azteca, which is our current favorite. The shakes were good. One of my sons had the Mexican caramel shake and my other son had the grandma chocolate. Both were really good and creamy. My wife was excited about the mangonada, but that wasn't as good. Definitely was missing the lime and the flavor wasn't the best we've had, but still better than some of the other places we've had recently.

Shout out to WacaLuis , he's the best employee there! My cuñado fell inlove with him & my sister got jealous Jk but great customer services !! But he's always in Green shirt so pls get him new uniform , or a raise at least jk Great Job Luis!

Great ice cream place with all sorts of our favorite flavors. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They offer samples as they want you to be sure you're getting what you like. We got a pint of ice cream and a few assorted bars. Will definitely be back again.

Yummy for my tummy and employees here are very friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back. My favorite is the cheesecake paleta and ice cream

The ice cream was good. I was frustrated because I was there by myself, and I ordered a double scoop with two different flavors, but the woman working gave me two single scoops, which came to about 11 dollars. I didn't intend to spend 11 dollars on ice cream, and I had way too much ice cream and ended up throwing half of it away. We had a miscommunication, which is not a big deal. But the problem for me was that there was no signage in the store, so I could not order what I wanted in an informed way and make decisions to meet my budget. Signage would be really helpful.

Used to come here often with my mom. I got a agua here and when I payed and got into the car I tasted it and it tasted horrible. But i didn't think much of it. Till I told my mom to taste it she said it wad bad. The water had a spice to it and its supposed to be a agua, fresa de leche. The lady in all black said they made it today, it was expired. She asked if I wanted another one like are you serious....all she did was give our money back but we didn't even get an apology for it. I also saw the fruit water one and the color was off. Never coming back here, since I get sick very easily.

The worst customer service! I came with my mom to have a good dessert but little did we know the two older ladies gave us big as attitude. I order a chicharrón with everything: the chicharrón was past due, when they added avocado left the avocado peel, and mad dog us the whole time. I didn't spend little for them to even treat us like dirt. I work in customer service & that's clearly NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They were very helpful. The name of the employee who helped me was april, she was very polite.even when it got busy she let me know ahead that I might wait a while because they were helping other customers and I saw both employees were working quick to get to the rest of the customers and I just ordered a mangoniada and was so tasteful They asked me what I did and didn't want on it and didn't feel like I was being rushed. In other words I was very pleased.
