La Michoacana

At 10:00 in the morning blaring awful music from the 90's. Woman employee didn't even realize I was there. Asked for a juice with papaya and strawberries and pineapple and she didn't like the combo. Asked if I wanted sweet or natural I said sweetened and she took the blender with fruit in it to the back and added warm sweet milk, blended it in front of me. Who takes your food to the back to add secret ingredient? All is in the front. Made me uncomfortable and then charged me $11.99 I tried it and I questioned the lukewarm temp asked me if I wanted ice. I said no and decided to leave quickly. Bad attitude, bad service, bad juice.

Yummm so many refreshing tropical fruit flavors and creamy flavors of ice cream and bars that you can't find at your usual ice cream places. My friend and I both liked the flavors we got - pistachio and guanabana. Had no idea what guanabana was going to taste like, but I sampled it and liked it - was light and refreshing and a great palate cleanser after a greasy taco meal. Service was friendly and helpful and gave generous scoops!

Horrible service. It's like they pay the lady that attended me to talk to everyone else but the customer.

I purchased one scoop guava ice cream and it contained to many seeds. If you're not a seed Lover I don't recommend you get this flavor. On the other hand , I asked if I could exchange it for another flavor ? Immediately the woman's response was NO! I will not return to this ice cream shop again!

Great product. Place is well lit and clean.It may be a bit pricey, but it's comparable with a coffee from Starbucks: I paid $5.50 for ice cream in a waffle cone.I'm surely coming back.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Would not recommend I asked for extra sauce not sure if the lady was trying to be funny but she expected me to eat this. $12.99 on something I had to throw away

Very disappointed got my fruit than water i get thats its an agua de frutas but come on do better at least half fruit and half water.

Today as usual we go and asked for crepes with ice cream but asked if I could have the ice cream first while the employee made the crepes, since my kids were hungry. When I go to the register to pay, she wants to charge me the ice cream separately!!! But when I asked the employee she didn't tell me anything about it. And she gave me such an ugly attitude, plus she said " señora para la siguiente vez esperese hasta que agarre su crepa para su nieve" I don't mind paying for a good service but when since the beginning they have an attitude it's worse!!! Not only she took like more than 30 mins to make the crepes like these!!!!! Hard and burned!!!! My kids didn't even eat their crepe

For the blonde girl that was on a Friday night shift. Thank you so much, you were so nice! Smiling all the time and giving me options. Now days you don't get this customer service so often . The snacks were delicious. Great experience over all.

literally the shittiest service at any michoacana i've been to. Do better or hire better service employees asap. Rude and unprofessional all around.
