It smells like Mexico lol! Very clean, very tasty ice creams, paletas, and mangoneadas! Staff was very helpful and answered questions politely.

we took this picture after we were helped. We got here at 8pm, we have been here so many time before we live around the corner and my kids love it. We tried order things and either they couldn't or they were not serving it at the time. Tried to order for example crepes and they didn't serve it because they already cleaned up the stuff and put it away and they close soon. They put the stuff away more than an hour before they closed. Like what really? I understand wanted to get home once you close but over an hour that's crazy! There were many things you couldn't order because it was put away. Very limited stuff you can get. Very disappointing

So many flavors of paletas ice cream and other goodies. They had hot Cheetos and cheese with corn that my kids loved. Most people there spoke spanish. I had a strawberry popcicle which was such a great treat for a hot day

First time I went here I ordered 2 large mangonada. When she rang me up, it was around $15.00 or so. I gave her a 20$ bill and she gave me 2$ back. When I asked why is it only 2$, she claimed there was an extra fee for customization so she charged me more on the side. But that wasn't what was on the receipt! Okay, so I thought maybe that was an off day. I decided to give it a second try. Ordered just regular ice cream from the tub this time. When I asked how much was the small scoop she said 5 something. But when she rang me up, it was 6.99$. When I asked why is the price different she said it was because I was using a credit card. Couldn't they have been upfront about the two different cost?? Come on! Do we need to have our negotiations hats on when we come to buy ice cream?? No thank you. I prefer to go elsewhere where I don't need to worry about hidden cost when buying a scoop of ice cream.

Great service, expect to be in line for a minute and ice cream definitely is a 10/10. Place is kept clean at all times. Although ice cream is delicious it is definitely pricey. I only visit when I am really craving their ferrero rocher ice cream, otherwise I'd be spending about $40 each visit.

Good ice cream! And the nachos are good too! Cannot go wrong with their paletas de nieve! Very good ice cream! So creamy and so many flavors to choose from.

The food was good. The younger and older lady had horrible attitude and customer service was awful. When we walked in another lady walked ahead of us while we waited to even be acknowledged and she ignored her. People like that should just stay at home. The ambiance was nice but no need to say why anybody stay for long. When it came to pay the older lady said we had to signal on the pad that we wanted our receipt and she lied and said the receipt wasn't able to be printed anymore since she began ringing up another client. I responded with "So your business doesn't keep record of credit purchases?" And she rolled her eyes and printed a blank receipt then a waited a moment and printed out receipt. Overall a horrible experience management needs to step up giving this store a bad name. Only posting 1 star for the decent ice cream bars.

I'd suggest going to a different location or a different establishment overall if you want better customer service!!My sister and I place an online order and wanted to order more, when we shared this information to the staff we were welcomed with attitude instead of a kind one. Then when I saw the staff member looking at our order she wouldn't stop harassing us with questions like "YOU placed an order" (with a rude facial expression; don't know what she'd be questioning when we just made that statement), she then double checked the name on the order which I could understand for confirmation, however, after giving her the correct name she then proceeded to make us go over our entire order before she was happy ( I can understand you need to confirm the order but it just seemed they didn't believe us no matter what, even though they had visible proof!)On top of that unwelcoming experience, we ordered an extra large esquite and were charged an additional $3-$3.50 for the upgrade but the staff kept telling us they don't offer one. Instead of having good customer service and at least trying to figure out a solution they just said "I don't know how to give you a refund". I stepped in saying " okay so can we have a smaller esquite for the additional charge". The staff replied "we don't have a smaller cup". I repeated " so you will take our money but not provide additional product?!". They processed to make a smaller cup for us; then we received the item with no lid we asked for one they said they don't have one that fits. I tried the lid on the larger esquite and the lid fits both sizes, I truly believe they were just done helping us plus it was raining so that got all over my food So overall not only was the staff unwelcoming, willing to lie to the customer, and they are willing to steal our money without providing additional product until I mentioned somethingJust a very unpleasant experience when all we wanted was to give this business our money!

Michiocana premium mis nalgas!!! My wife and I visited the establishment because it looked pretty even you pass by. We walk in it's empty and we are the only 2 people in there besides the people working. They were "cleaning" and it got to the point where I had to ask who do I need to talk to for assistance and she replied with I can help you. That was annoying. We got fresas con cream, 6 paletas and 2 bag of chips and it was over $50 dollars!!! I could understand if the fresas were good but they weren't especially not for $13. Needs help with their customer service and products wouldn't recommend visiting this location. 0 stars it I could.
