L.A. Italian Kitchen

I work across the street, and I've been eyeing LA Italian Kitchen for a while, but today, my pregnancy cravings hit full force, I needed spaghetti and meatballs. Let me just say--this place exceeded all my expectations!The moment I walked in, Jimmy, the manager, greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness that I instantly felt special. He truly goes above and beyond to make every customer feel cared for. When I told him this lunch was going to be the best part of my day because I have been craving spaghetti all day long, he asked if I'd like extra spaghetti sauce (um, YES, thank you!)--such a thoughtful touch that made all the difference.Now, let's talk about the food. The spaghetti and meatballs were fresh, and flavorful--comfort food at its finest. The breadstick that came with my combo was toasted to perfection, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You could tell they take pride in serving their customers. The next time you have an Italian food craving, GO HERE because they'll take care of you and remind you of what good service is supposed to be, paired with delicious food! Thank you again Jimmy for making me and my baby's day!

LA Italian Kitchen was... okay. The food was mid at best--nothing to write home about, but edible. It lacked that wow factor you'd hope for in Italian cuisine. The service didn't help much either; it felt like the staff was just going through the motions, not particularly friendly or attentive.That said, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which is definitely a plus. It's not a bad spot if you're in a pinch and need a quick bite, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. Three stars for being decent but nothing special.

Super Friendly Staff, Especially the Boss, Jimmy. Food is always hot, delicious and wait time is minimal... perfect stop for the lunch break Especially for those who are in a hurry.Always happy to come here!

FYI if you check in there's a discount you get but don't bother as the older gentleman will not apply it as he mentioned they don't even use Yelp, when in reality this discount was applied at previous visits...anyhow. Before, while ordering I noticed he already had a not so friendly face and attitude towards us.Food wise... what we had ordered was good no complaints on it.

I always have seen this place but never ordered before. BOY HAVE I BEEN MISSING OUT! Not only was the food delicious but the service was even better! Definitely coming back!

Went to L.A. Italian Kitchen before seeing a movie. David and Alexa were so welcoming and friendly. They had my friend and I laughing out loud with their jokes. I would come back just for them.

Best service I've had in a while, I'm talking 4-6 years, friendliest and most welcoming employees. Always grab a slice or two when walking around the block. David and Alexa always come with top of the line customer service! La Italian always the go to!

The food here is always super good and you get a lot for what you pay. I love to stop by during my breaks when I get the chance, the service here is amazing! All staff here is quick, attentive and kind. The general manager, Jimmy, in specific always makes my day when I visit! He always greets me with a smile and asks how I'm doing, never failing to make me feel welcome. I'd definitely recommend anyone to dine here :)
