Krak Boba

Consistent drinks and nice workers! The menu and drinks are the same as all their other locations. They have a decent selection of different types of drinks to choose from. Compared to other Krak locations we've been to, the workers are a lot more knowledgeable and friendly. * Lychee Tea: 9/10 - comes with actual lychee bitsThe interior is nice and they have plenty of tables to sit at. We came to use our birthday reward on the app and the entire process went super smoothly. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area!

Came in around 5:45pm Feb 2 2025. Manager on duty was SUPER unhelpful. If it wasn't for our drinks already made we would have walked out without paying. DO NOT FALL FOR THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE IF YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP "deal" total bait and switch. Workers know this that's why they're not helpful with the glitchy app. They have multiple signs advertising a buy one get one free offer if you download the app. After multiple attempts to sign up and an error message we ask for help. The first worker helping us just shrugged and said there's issues sometimes. We try again and again. We ask for help again, and he says he doesn't deal with & doesn't know about the app stuff. Fair enough, but no follow up to help so we ask for the manager. She's yelling back at him something about what might be wrong and he comes back with no help. Manager then comes over and we try again and again and an error message keeps popping up. We ask how can we get the deal if the app is glitchy and they're basically saying nothing. We're just standing there with no solutions and the manager is being so cold/ unapologetic and so unhelpful. Not even an offer to validate the deal considering all the attempts we made. They're more concerned having conversations with each other about their schedules than to offer us help. To the owners: please train your manager to actually be helpful in situations like this and at least offer a solution that doesn't involve just standing there until we're ready to pay full price. fix the app or have a manual way to sign up. And the "hot" collocate was cold.

I enjoy coming here for a drink whenever I'm in town. There's always parking as it's in a sizable plaza. The workers are friendly and they are always coming out with new drinks. We got too excited and didn't get a chance to take a photo of our drinks but the matcha storm is delicious and we also got the strawberry tea. I will continue to come here when I'm in town!

Been coming here for a while since it's the closest location to me. I've visited 3 different Krak Boba locations, including this one. Safe to say they're consistent throughout all locations!Tip: Highly recommend their rewards program! They have their own app! You get points for every purchase, coupons, and bday freebies!Parking: This spot is located in a large plaza, so finding a spot is easy.Ambiance/Environment: This spot has always been nice and clean. They have cute wall decor. There's limited amount of indoor seating and no outdoor seating.Service: Every worker I've encountered is quick and efficient. They're knowledgeable about the menu.Drinks: I can't remember all the drinks I've tried, but just know, they're called "Krak" boba for a reason. Their drinks are sooo good. I always get the 'King Brûlée' or something from their coffee series. Their coffee is strong, the fruit teas are refreshing, and the milk teas are sweet.Pricing: It is a bit on the pricier end, especially for boba drinks. They only offer one size for majority of their drinks. I noticed the cups did change tho in the past couple years. They use to have plastic cups with their logo printed.

I wish I had a better experience at this place but unfortunately their milk teas are truly terrible. We came on a Saturday night and the workers were clearly very stressed and they were taking forever to get drinks out. The wintermelon milk tea just tasted like watered down milk with some sugar. I didn't even finish the drink because it was so bad. Definitely do not order their milk teas. Some of their fruit teas looked better but I think this place needs better tea because you just can't taste it at all. My friends ordered other types of milk teas and we all had the same reaction. We ended up ordering another drink at meet fresh because this drink was so disappointing. Hopefully they get better at making their drinks!

A little bit of a late review as I've been coming here for the past year... but I'm still so happy I don't have to make the trek to Buena Park for Krak Boba any longer! They are one of my most frequented beverage spots at the moment.I really appreciate that Krak has so many options, teas, coffee, smoothies and slushes. They also have dairy free options which is a huge plus! sweetness levels are can also be adjusted. My go to beverages are the Dragon Slayer, a lychee slush with dragon fruit and mango bits. Another favorite of mine is the Guerrilla Thai, a blend of Thai tea, matcha and sea sea cream. As of late I opt for no sea cream. I specifically love these 2 drinks because they are so tasty and the perfect amount of sweet without any adjustments. However, they do have the extra sweet and extra rich tastes if needed. The Frap Star, King Brûlée, Queen Brûlée standard are extra sweet to my taste. Staff have always been quick and friendly. Small, cozy and a table is usually open. I also love that the have an app, perfect for accruing points for their rewards program and placing online orders for pick up. They are also available for delivery on Uber Eats!

It's located in a busy shipping area and parking was a challenge on the weekend. The interior was cute and kudos to the two girls who worked there as they were super nice. We took a while to decide what to order and they were both very patient with us. Our orders were made pretty quickly and the sizes were larger than I expected. Prices were fair. We were all pretty happy with the drinks.

Never tried Krak before and only decided to stop by because I was intrigued by a story review on instagram. I was leaning more towards a basic thai tea with boba tonight and figured how can you mess that up? It's a classic.. first sip was decent, but it got progressively worse and started feeling like a chore to finish. It was sweet, lacked depth, and literally tasted like those free thai teas you get at a thai restaurant Boba was a little too soft for my liking but service was quick

It was my first time trying this drink and not only did it look nice but it was so delicious. I can't wait to try more drinks from here.

I tried their new Cocothai Butterfly (Thai and butterfly pea tea) and I liked it. Butterfly pea is more so for the color rather than the taste so this was mostly Thai tea with hints of coconut. I ordered with mini boba because anywhere that has mini boba is a must for me.
