King’s Donuts

One of my favorite things is finding a donut place while I'm out driving not even thinking of getting a donut. Donut King caught my attention and was just the kinda' place I like best. Nice, clean, family-owned donut place in a strip mall. Love it!!!The donuts are nice and light. The donut holes are huge! That's because the dough is really light and fluffy. I had:-Bear Claw: Light and full of apple pie filling. So good!-Apple Fritter: Awesome. Jam-packed with apple bits and lots of cinnamon. -Blueberry donut: Perfect! Light with lots of blueberries.-Donut holes: Huge. Light and airy. Biggest donut holes I've ever seen!Great find. What a treat. Check out King's Donuts. It's perfectly named!

This place is not friendly to pets. I asked for a cup of water for my dog and they said no. Never coming back.

They drown their breakfast sandwiches in Mayonnaise. Only sociopaths would put mayonnaise on a breakfast sandwich, so it never even occurred to me to ask for no Mayo, and it wasn't listed in the ingredients.

Do not buy any donuts or sandwiches from this place! Beware the owners are crooks. I've been coming to this local donut shop for a year to support small local businesses. The lady owner always seems to charge me more than what the price is posted. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches for $6.50 each. She rang me up at $21.55! I asked her what the sandwiches are $7 each now. She gave me this whole explanation of eggs are expensive blah blah. How about giving me a courtesy warning on the price being raised?? $7 a sandwich for small breakfast sandwich wth! This is the last time I will ever go this Cambodian crook donut shop! Please go somewhere else and don't support these thieves!!

I never like to leave bad reviews but I could not trust the product is fresh. There's a new owner and the place looks cleaner but that doesn't mean the product is better. I went in for ice cream and he told me to go look for myself because he didn't know what he had. I asked if the ice cream was old and he said he just took over the business and didn't know. So, I asked if the ice cream had expiration dates and he didn't know. As he scooped it, the ice cream looked gummy. I told him if he just took over the business, why is he selling old ice cream? I didn't trust that place before and with new ownership making money off old product, I don't trust it now.

This is by far my favorite place to get donuts in OC. I understand it changed ownership so please ignore old reviews. The gentleman who is usually here is very kind, the coffee is LEGIT good, and it is hands down the best apple cruller I have ever eaten. All the other donuts are good too. I've also gotten a ham and cheese croissant here and it wasn't gourmet by French standards but it was very tasty. Give them a try!!

Meh. Wish we would have crossed one more light and gone to the other place across the street. We ordered an apple fritter, a small coffee and a chocolate cake donut with frosting/sprinkles. She sold my dad up with the "buy one more and it's just $5", so we also got a blueberry donut. The fritter was ok. It was so heavy! My dad said it just felt like a brick sitting in his stomach. The coffee was ok. Nothing special and not the worst. The cake donut was alright. It was a little dry but edible. I have no idea if the blueberry one was any good because we had no interest in trying it after the first two. As for the place itself, it felt kinda gross. It's SUPER run down. Honestly if we weren't so hungry, I would have just walked out.

Be careful buying milk from this location. Donuts is as horrible as the customer service. Easily a -5 stars and that's being nice.

These people are crooks I bought one donut the lady said it was 1.55 I gave her 1.55 but she kept saying more and more I gave her all my quarters and she gave me back a nickel and than she threw the donut at me. Bad customer service they are crooks the only person that works here and is genuinely a good person is the daughter

My dad went this morning he asked for a ham and cheese with jalapeño cut in half , the guy gave him a ham and cheese ... my dad asked him it had jalapeño correct ? And he said no ... so the guy offered to switch it ... he got another ham and cheese and threw it in the microwave and slammed the door to close the microwave and my dad told him to "relax " he proceeds to give a bad attitude so my dad decided to not purchase anything . And left . I do not recommend
