Kathy’s Bakery Bros.

I moved to this side of town from east los a few years back and have yet to find a good Mexican bakery. This place was recommended and decided to give it a try, the bread was good, better than other bakeries in the area for sure.The place is very clean and the lady at the register was super nice, I just feel the prices were a bit pricey compared to what I pay at my go to bakery in east los.

I recently visited Kathy Bakery in Paramount, and while the bread is undeniably tasty, I must say I was taken aback by the prices. I walked out with 9 pieces, which included 3 mini conchas, and my total hit $29, plus an additional dollar for using my card, totaling $30 for 6 full-size breads and 3 minis. While it's not bad for an occasional indulgence, these steep prices make it hard to justify making it my main bakery stop. The location isn't particularly charming either, good luck finding parking. Ultimately, it's a decent spot for a treat, but the price tag will leave you disappointed and feeling like they were overcharging you for flour and sugar.

My coworker took some concha's for a brunch theme potluck for a coworker's bridal shower. They're delicious.

Freshly baked bread is delicious and authentic. We live in the Gardena area and don't mind at all driving 20min. A few times a month to purchase their delicious sweet bread.

My mom brings this once in a while and it's freaking delicious. The bread is so soft. It's one of our favorite places!

I agree with everyone, very overpriced and it's not fresh. Plus, it's not even traditional bread. Not good quality Mexican bread. I truly don't recommend. Save your money. Only if want to get rip off. Worst bread in town.
