Used to go to subway, until I tried Jersey Mikes. This place is far superior. Customer service is great. They greet you when you come in and are very friendly from start to finish.Every meat and cheese is freshly sliced in front of you. All the toppings are fresh. Get it Mikes Way (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spices and sauce). So good! I always add mayo myself. My favorite is the #13 original Italian. My husband likes the Philly cheese steak. Shout out to Hunter who made my husbands sandwich today. They have a small seating area. With a table outside. Most get their orders to go. They offer Pepsi products with a few stubborn soda choices. Definitely worth a try!

Worst Customer service of any Jersey Mike's .Arrived today walked in and employee yelled at me saying they weren't open, come back in 15 minutes.It was 5 till 10 Am.I waited and ordered a sandwichEmployee cut meat in half slices because he didn't push meat in cutter when cutting.I ordered relish on side. Employee threw my sandwich in front of me and said that's it.I asked if he was going to give me the relish.That made him even more madHe gave me the relish and said in a sarcastic tone " you have a great rest of your day."

Went in at around 3:45 pm today(06/11/24) and experienced fantastic service at the hands of the 2 young men working at the restaurant, especially the one who directly helped me and made my sandwich. I didn't catch his name but he definitely deserves recognition for his professionalism.

Online ordering is not the move at this location and they never write the names on the sandwiches leading to someone having to go through everyone in our office's food. If your store isn't going to put the names on the sandwiches, please remove the name section from the app so I'm not disappointed.Food is consistent in quality but today I sat waiting 20+ minutes for an ASAP pickup order while they cleared over 10 guests in store. I would have been far better off placing my order in person, waiting in line. The cashier at the front attempted multiple times to ensure my order was being made to no prevail. 30 minutes (my entire lunch break) for 2 sandwiches, unfortunate.

Get the turkey sandwich Mike's way and you will never be disappointed. We order on the app for pickup and it's always ready within 5-10 minutes without fail. The ingredients are fresh and the service is friendly. We've never ate inside. It's pretty small with only a few tables. But it's always clean inside when we pick up our order. Can't go wrong.

I have gone back a couple of times since my 3 star review below. I have used the app both times and my order was ready by the time I got there and the kids working there were very friendly. Updating to a 5 star. Disappointing service tonight. This is not the first time this has happened and this has only happened to me at this location. I placed my order via the app and 10 or 15 minutes later I arrived. Order wasn't ready so I waited. In the meantime people arrived after me, placed their order, paid and left before I finally received my order. Why even bother with the app.
