Visited this restaurant during a typical Thursday lunch with a few of my work colleagues. Since it's located in the Market Place Plaza, there's plenty of parking available. The restaurant boasts a tropical-themed ambiance with ample seating.Their burgers are generously sized, and with a side of fries, they make for a fulfilling meal. For those looking for a lighter option, they offer a burger bowl and a beach bowl. The beach bowl with fish, however, was a bit too salty and didn't quite hit the mark, while the burger bowl was pretty good, though the portion size was a bit on the smaller side. The service was a little slow, which was surprising given that it wasn't a rush lunch.Overall, if you're craving a burger joint that's different from the usual chain spots, this place is worth a visit.

I was here yesterday and ordered two items to go. First was the tortilla soup. The flavor was absolutely delicious, however, it was so salty I could not eat it.I also ordered the China Coast salad, which was amazing. The strawberry margarita was also delicious. I would rate this restaurant five stars if the soup was not so salty that it was inedible.

After a busy morning it was time to eat! My daughter and I thought let's go to Islands. We arrived and were greeted and seated right away. We had a chance to look at the menu and were ready to order. I ordered the Tiki tenders and my daughter the Toucan. Our food came out fairly quickly, hot and fresh. Our special requests were met with a smile. Great food, great service!

Ok experience overall. The menu has changed so they no longer have my favorite. Food tasted ok, service was ok. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either.

Islands nachos have my heart. They're LOADED with salsa, guac, beans, cheese, tomatoes, jalapeños... and my hack is to get a side of their steamed veggies which includes broccoli and carrots, and then dumping that on top as well. These are a childhood staple for me and it's nice to know their quality has not gone down over all these years. Their happy hour prices and options are also quite affordable. Service was fast and efficient, and our waiter was very friendly.

The restaurant was so clean and inviting. Food was delicious and the price for the lunch special was fantastic. The service from Riley was amazing. Will definitely be back in the future.

After hearing rumors that the chain will be closing - we decided to stop by and have lunch. It was quite busy and it was about 15 mins before a table opened up for us. The menu is the same as it was for the past few years. I was feeling brave and picked the chili burger (Pipeline). My goto is usually the Hula.We got an order of nachos for the table and the truffle fries. I decided to share my basket of fries that came with my burger thinking the fries were bottomless (like most places are now)But they are not - when I asked for another basket, the waiter told me there was a fee.....fine. The nachos - they skimped on the chips. THE CHIPS!!!!!!!! The cheapest part of the nachos!!!!!!My Pipeline was good - but it did not satisfy my burger craving for some reason. Honestly, the best part of the meal, was the fries (just remember they're not bottomless). The service was slow and while the waiter was nice and friendly, the lunch crowd had thinned out and the waiter should have been quicker with the drink refills and the soup refills. I never understood why most of the TV's were showing old surf clips. I think it would be better if they had live sports on all of them. Just a thought.If you've ever been to Hawaii, you'll notice that the only folks that wear aloha shirts are the hospitality employees and the tourists. This is true at Islands lol. Time to update the staff uniforms and cut out the surf clips brah!

Servers aren't engaged or interested in your experience. Food is consistent but you'll be hard pressed to get serve wear or refills.Here we are eating wings after waiting for and finally getting up to ask for napkins and plates. I was handed a stack of napkins but plates and silverware didn't come until our entrees arrived.

My wife and I always come here to eat when we are in town for soccer tournaments.This is my favorite sit-down burger place.We ordered the Maui and Hawaiian burgers, last time was the Maui and the Hula BurgersI always have to have one or two of the Hawaiian Longboard beer.The food and service is always great here when we come to eat. The place is not as decorated as other Island restaurants, but it's still nice
