Surprised this was better than Seafood City... much thicker, meatier, and also tender and moist. LA, National/Daly City level quality imo.

I take my Lola here all the time! They have a very good selection of Filipino food; this includes a fresh bakery and restaurant inside. Their seafood selection is vast and at a reasonable price.Sometimes they special sales events where they give out samples of whatever is one sale. The bakery always has free samples of their breads, pies, and other treats. If you like Filipino food...Island Pacific Seafood Market is the spot.

We enjoy coming to this market just because of how the employees, especially the ones working in the bakery make you feel like you are at home. They are always offering many samples of what they are selling and the kids love grabbing one.. or more They can sometimes be understaffed and so that's when the lines can get long but you just need to time it right and come when it's not so busy which is weekday before dinner. They have a food court and boy does the selection look mouthwatering- I wanted to try the halo halo and I loved it. If I had it my way I'd fill it all up with nata de coco there is even a slice of flan too. There is plenty of seating for the food court, you can smell the sizzling flavor of meats being fried and the fresh seafood in the back of the market is popular too. Everyone is kind and helpful. Oh and please order some pan de sal- they bake it fresh, hourly, it seems like because when we order our dozen it's so warm and fluffy and they are the size of my palm, even bigger!

I used to regularly shop here when the store first opened, and it was great back then. However, over time, the quality has really gone downhill, especially in the vegetable section. Many of the vegetables are no longer fresh and often look wilted or past their prime.Another issue is the food court. The prices have gone up, but the food quality hasn't. The meals are expensive, but they don't taste good, which makes it hard to justify the cost. To make things worse, the employees there are often rude, adding to the unpleasant experience. It's really disappointing to see how much the overall quality has declined. I hope they improve soon, but for now, I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I'm always finding a good deal on Asian cuisine ingredients and I'm glad that the store got bakery and goods. I like the service there it's fast and easy to get around when I need to find anything fast. I like the fish varieties and it has all the ingredients I need to make a delicious meal. The place is big so it's got room for more things.

Had a good experience with the prepared Filipino food. Everything we had was very good especially the pancit. The adobo was very flavorful and I would get it again. The pampano fish was great from the seafood area. Highly recommended getting fish there. The prices are great and they clean the fish as well. The only negative is that they had chicken wings on sale for $1.79 per lb. However, the chicken was not good. It was tough and had a weird taste. Trust me I've making fried chicken wings for over 30 years and these were the worst! Other than the wings we will be back to shop at Island Pacific. The customer service is good.

Island Pacific is a Filipino market w/ locations in No CA & So CA. The location I visited is in Lake Forest, but there are also equidistant locations in LBC and Cerritos.IP has all the Flip items I need, w/o the bigness of Seafood City. What they also have is cebulechon ready to cook (sorry no pic). Cebulechon looks like a Flip porchetta, trussed up for you w/ lemongrass and other herbs & spices on the inside. It takes a total of 4 hrs to cook, but is well worth the wait. As I said earlier, IP is more quaint vs SC. The staff is also super nice and they have a rewards program. If you are in any of these areas in So CA, drop by IP. They also have a casual restaurant and a bakery.

Fast food area, the cashier (I believed he's the manager as well) is always rude and grouchy, sadly I have not experienced any good customer service from this man! I was craving for some sweets and wanted to buy karioka and Turon, but theres 1 group (5 of them) in front of me that were still (deciding) ordering their food and the manager didn't want to take a few steps away from the register to grab my karioka and Turon and he told me in a very unfriendly tone that I have to wait for the group to finish ordering and paying for their food before he can help me while he was just standing in front of a register doing nothing. No sense of customer service at all. No customer service at all.
