In-N-Out Burger

Now who doesn't LOVE In'N'Out, right? Well this is a review of the service at this location. Had to order almost 100 burgers and fries for my son's HS ASB event and the Manager at this location, Matt, made it easy. Great guy! Had everything ready on time, packed up and smelling tasty. Super friendly staff. Just wanted to say thanks and great job!

Weak team tonight. Not very busy at all but I waited 10 minutes anyway and probably burned up almost a gallon of gas in idle. First window wasn't being utilized, Two guys at the second window. The guy who took my payment walked away from my food that was placed ready to go while I was paying. The guy filling up the drinks wasn't able to multi taskAnd was aware of my food sitting there getting cold and aware of my irritation but did nothing to better the situation. The girls were doing the cooking and they were on point as I had noticed my order was in perfect time with my arrival but due to the ambivalence of the the two fellas the Food was luke warm and soggy. Should of gone to del taco next door

What's not to like about in-n-out? The food is good and consistent, the service always fast and the staffs are always friendly . We like in-n-out because their grilled cheese is on point- i usually get mine with extra lettuce, animal style with raw onions - and add pickles and chili-- I sometimes splurge my calorie with animal fries!! The best part... they offer pup-patties for our puppy! The restaurant is clean, and the drive through lines are always fast!

Ordered extra well fries and got burnt fries! Napkins not provided. we ordered other places extra well fries and definitely not like this.

This is so weird. This In-N-Out must have had its Yelp page deleted as it's been here for well over 15 years, it's the closest one to my house, and I know I've left reviews and uploaded pictures in the past. Oh well. Nothing wrong will starting new, I guess. This place is crazy busy at times. The biggest challenge here is the drive-thru. It can sometimes spill out into the street wreaking havoc with traffic. You could think it's just backed up, then realize these people are waiting for a burger. Throw in that Chick-fil-e shares the same lot, and most of their customers try to exit from the same entrance, you can see how problems might arise. (As I write this, Chick-fil-e just erected a huge construction fence around their building and their app says "remodel" and there Facebook page says they'll be closed through May). My guess is there are tearing down the children's play area and redesigning their drive-thru, but it's only a guess). Due to their volume, their other challenge is they aren't speedy. At the same time, you know you are (mostly) getting fresh food because the volume is so great, you know that food hasn't been sitting around long. The people behind the counter are usually working their tails off. I'm usually greeted when I dine inside (which can be faster than the drive-thru if you're in a hurry), and pretty friendly and energetic for fast-food restaurant. I know I've been here over 100 times over the past 13 years since I moved to the area, and like all places, they aren't 100% perfect, but they are far superior to other more famous burger places that are down the street. I'll continue to be an In-N-Out fan.

Love this team! This location is the best Mamet is on top of their game and the rest of the crew seems like their family. My orders are usually complete without a hiccup.

Always impressed with in n out!! It is definitely my favorite fast food joint, i was in the drive thru for about 5 or so minutes, which is very convenient. Also it always tastes so fresh! I have been dying to try this location ad it just opened up, also a plus would be that it is located right next to the outlets!! Love it!!!

Normally good experience. Today watched three orders that came in 5-10 minutes after me same line go out. Asked if they lost my order? Filiberto gave me "No just cooking the burger ". Really man, each of those orders that were ordered after mine and went out first had burgers... don't lie to me. A sorry about that it will be out in a minute would have gone over way better.

Food is good and the service is great. My boys enjoy their cheeseburgers and shakes! This meal is a go to for hungry boys!
