The go to spot for every family occasion and my most favorite KBBQ spot! Nothing beats having the kimchi grilled with the meat. I always order the honey pig special pork belly and beef brisket. Rice paper + pork belly + kimchi + samjang+ garlic = heaven !!! Make sure to also order the steamed egg and jjolmyeon. Sometimes the service is slow just because lack of workers. Other than that, everything is absolutely perfect!

Delicious kbbq and portions are very filling! Service is great and there is a lot of parking. Would go here over any of the chains (Gen) any day!

On a Sunday afternoon, this place was empty O_0 I came here with a party of four people, so we got to share three orders of meat and enjoy the rice that comes after the meal. I would say the food here is very enjoyable. The grill is circular, almost like a small hill. The kimchi and bean sprouts were cooking on the perimeter to soak up the fat dripping from the meat cooking in the center of the grill. The service is great because they cook for you!! I definitely recommend getting the pork belly. The ribeye is more pricy, but it's worth it.Parking is ample in their lot that they share with Kaju Tofu (which is another great soontofu place btw). They're a walk away from the Target on the I5/91 fwy.

Been coming here forever. The later it is, the busier it gets so we try to get here early if we know we want pork belly. The four of us were sat immediately at 5:30 on a rainy Saturday evening. Every single one of the boys who works here is on top of their game. As it gets crazier in the evenings, they can be a bit scarcer, but considering what they do, I absolutely do not fault them. The pork belly has absolutely slapped for the last 10 years, and I expect nothing less for the next 10. The steamed egg does take a good 15-20 minutes to come out, so pace yourself if you do order one.

One of the best KBBQ in OC! First of all service is great, the food came out quickly and someone was always there to help cook our meat and take our order.I love the grilled Kimchi and honey pig pork belly. The pork belly was so good and crispy. I love how they cook everything on a cast iron skillet. Even the steamed egg came out perfectly cooked with pretty looking dome shape. My favorite was when they have rice paper, not a lot of KBBQ place serve them anymore and it's my FAVORITE thing to eat with KBBQ. After the meal they end up mixing the grilled bean sprouts/ kimchi/ egg into fried rice cooked on top of the skillet topped with melted cheese. It was delicious! Can't wait to come back for my next KBBQ craving. The only thing I would complain is that my husband was in the bathroom with a server and he told me left without even washing his hands, which is super unsanitary.

Honey Pig keeps coming into my Yelp feed so I thought I'd give it a go. Firstly NOT AYCE, meats are by the "plate" or a la carte, and the servers will also cook your meat at the table grill. We had a short wait as the table was prepared. The banchan was limited to kimchi and seasoned bean sprouts, which the grill is filled with at least 40% total area.Meat dishes came out and the server quickly started cooking the very thinly sliced beef belly. It was mixed with more unseasoned bean sprouts - this was quite a short time to cook.We next had the pork jowl : nice fat marbling and quite tender. Lastly we got pork belly. After we were finished with most of the meal, the server brought out a large bowl of pre seasoned rice, all of the kimchi and bean sprouts were mixed together with a handful of lettuce greens, then back on the grill. Cheese was added so it was melting as the rice was left to get a crispy layer like a paella? Meat quality for me was acceptable, but I missed the assortment of banchan from other KBBQ spots. The clientele seems to be mostly males in golf attire. Nothing rowdy or loud but maybe this is more a bar or drinking menu.Free soda in can with Yelp check in.Plentiful parking.

Honey Pig has amazing taste and great customer service! Located in Buena Park close to the source, while the food was great and the service was excellent, I think it is way too expensive for what they provide. For two orders of meat we paid $90, which is ridiculously expensive! Rice is not provided, and overall I think you can get the same quality of meat for way cheaper elsewhere. There is plenty of seating in here, only con is the floors are very slippery so wear nice gripping shoes.Overall 8/10 Would probably go to the source next time instead

It was the first time here, and it was a bit pricey. The staff are a bit pretentious and need more customer service skills, but overall, they did grill all the pork and cut it. The pork belly is not the best quality but was decent and flavorful. They did serve a ton of kimchi and bean sprouts. This place is also not all you can eat, so be prepared to spend plenty. They do have a large selection of soju and mekju to choose from. Though It does get very busy on the weekends, and the place gets very nosy and smoky.

Some of the best kbbq I've had, but wear clothes you don't care about because this place is greasssyy! Literally just walked to the bathroom and almost slipped on the way haha. Anyways, onto the food. Unlimited sides were green onion salad, some sort of cold radish soup, rice paper, and everything that comes on the grill (bean sprouts, kimchi, etc.). Our party of 5 had 2 orders of brisket, pork belly, and the thin sliced pork belly. All were delicious, but my personal favorite has to be the thin sliced pork belly - a must!! Also, make sure to save room at the end when they make kimchi fried rice with the leftover stuff on the grill. So effective I love it! The service is pretty great too; servers are all really attentive and will help grill the meat for you. Definitely pricy, but know you're getting your money's worth!
