Having visited Holland International Market, I can confidently say it's a gem for anyone craving authentic Dutch and Indonesian flavors. The store's selection of Dutch licorice, cheeses, and treats like stroopwafels and speculaas truly brings a slice of the Netherlands to Bellflower. The Indonesian side of the inventory is equally impressive, featuring a range of spices and sauces that are hard to find elsewhere. The atmosphere here is welcoming, with staff who are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making each visit feel like a cultural experience rather than just a shopping trip. They even host events for Dutch and Indonesian holidays, which adds a community vibe to the place. One highlight for me was their aged Gouda; it's a must-try if you're a cheese aficionado. Also, their customer service is top-notch; they're always ready to help whether you're looking for a specific product or just curious about Dutch or Indonesian cuisine. If you're in the Los Angeles area and have a taste for international flavors, especially Dutch or Indonesian, this market is definitely worth a visit. It's not just about buying groceries; it's about experiencing and appreciating different cultures through food. I wanted to add that the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The store was soft less, and organized.

Landed in Long Beach the other day and that same day just so happened to be Holland International Market's Dutch Festival! Yes hello : D straight off the plane to this cute local owned shop. Stocked up on all my fave Dutch/Indo spices and goodies and took pics with Santa lolA few of my holiday faves - Dutch themed dish towels and the Dutch Chocolate letters, which are usually not sold the rest of the year. Receive a free cute Santa magnet with my purchase. See ya next time I'm in town!

I've long heard of the Holland International market. My family grew up in Amsterdam and when they moved to the US they looked for a place that stocked all the goodies you could find in your local store in the homeland and came across the Holland International market! This store is packed full of all the goodies and the owners are super knowledgeable and even speak some Dutch! During my visit, I was so impressed with the staff and the friendly demeanor to the patrons in the store. The store Carrie's small treats, large treats, boxed meals to cook, spice, condiments and even a nice selection of of delft glassware. I love the character of this shop. It has an old feel to it and It's not very large but the selection of stuff is vast and you could spend quite a bit of time looking up and down the shelves. Seeing the joy my mom got entering the store is a tell tell sign that she feels at home.If you're in the mood for some Dutch specialties, give Holland International Market a try, I promise there's a little something for everyone inside!

Holland International Market celebrated their 10th anniversary at this same Belmont location in city of Bellflower. You just know that to serve the Dutch-Indo and surrounding community that you must work hard for continuing success. I was very happy to have attended the Joyous event. Maria and her supportive family made it all happen. You can shop the aisles for all the related products, or make a call or do it online if getting to Bellflower is a challenge. I congratulate this milestone of ten years and wish the Holland International Market continued success. I know that I'll be back.

The store is a really small euro mart well decorated with a huge candy and licorice wall! Breakfast hagel and fruit teas galore as well indo spice Dutch pickles sauces mixes and mustards and spekok is in stock it's a dense 20 to 30 layered spice cake for those who want to be in the know! The store's anniversary is on November 2 and of course there's gonna be a party !

This place brings back memory of the time my wife and I were in Holland. It's a Dutch and Indonesian market with some interesting finds you can't find at other markets. There's a pretty good selection of licorice, chocolates, cookies, spices/seasonings, and various knick knacks. It's not that big but is well organized and clean. I got a bag of Indonesian shrimp crackers, few chocolates, cookies, and Indonesian chili relish. All good stuff. I will definitely be going back to get some other unique goodies. There's a free public parking lot located next to this place but can fill up quickly as there are other businesses nearby, like Hambone's and SteelCraft.

Love this shop! Born and raised in the Netherlands I am glad to get snacks and seasonings for dishes I grow up with. I drive an hour every once in a while to stock up on some stuff. This one is way better than the one down the street. People here are friendlier too.

I've taken my mom here in the past and usually speak with the owner, who speaks Dutch to my mom. I really like the shop because it has all the little snacks and foods we grew up eating. That alone deserves 5 stars. But I fell upon disappointment when I opened the door to hear Latino mariachi style music. The gal behind the counter was pleasant and I hope to meet with the owner when I bring my mom around again.
