I shopped here and started making some great buys for a good price and I was happy to find everything I needed for the year of the snake celebration. I find it big and with various goods. I could spend more somewhere else but I like that it's a good deal here with the same if I went somewhere else. The service was fast and the ambiance of the place could be more organized however that not a big deal to me. I find everything I need here and I'm happy with things.

Shopped there this weekend and Service was extremely horrible. The butchers were grumpy and rude. They didn't want to help and cranky. They were all stood there talking and ignored me when I asked for assistance after a long wait. There was only one other customer besides me. This happened when I shopped there the first time also. I informed their supposedly manager and hopefully it will improve. I don't think I wanna come back. The butchers at My Thuan supermarket are much nicer.

I accompany my girlfriend here. Plenty of variety grocery goods here. Lights flickered like all throughout, different ones were flickering perfectly in sync down the whole deli row and some aisles, and yeah plenty of food regardless of flickering lights. I haven't asked anything of the workers but I don't hear too much English in the nice interactions my girlfriend and the people have.

This is one of my go to supermarkets in Westminster.The grocery store have almost about everything as other Asian store in the city.Asian vegetables, meat department, seafood department and other Asian store usual products.Highly recommended. Service & customer service is good.In the same plaza as Rite Aid, Boiling Crab Restuarant & Sunmerry Bakery to name a few.Lots of parking available.

I went to purchase Tilapia and I was asked if I wanted mine fried. I Said yes "well fried". When I got home and start to eat my Tilapia, it was raw and there still had blood. I called to let the supervisor know how I had received my Tilapia and her respones was "if it was still raw and had blood just refry it and at home, we had alot of people today." Have in mine when I was at the store purchasing my fish there wasnt that many people or waiting period for this service. My point was that if a service is offered the service it expected to be as correctly. Never going back! What kind of customer service and respones what that. If I could give them a negative time I would. Yuck!!! Never again!!

This shop have everything for asian cooking. Usually drop by when conveniently in the area stocking my grocery for the month. Exotic fruits year round.

I think the food and the other products here are good with reasonable price. It also has a lot of Vietnamese products too. The service is ok and the space is kinda comfortable, i guess.

Anyone looking for real southeastern Asian items can't miss this place. Mostly Vietnamese but you should be able to find all sorts of Asian items at really good price. It is authentic all the way to the smell and you will see nothing but Asians there. Talk about local know their place to shop! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a real taste of Asian authenticity!

Hoa Binh has the best tender coconuts. Really fresh and tastes sweet. They have a huge collection of grocery and a bakery for snacks. Staff is friendly and clean place overall.

I totally agree with the last review about the fish department at this place. Went to this place the other day for the first time & when I passed by the fish department, I heard these 2 dudes talking in Spanish loudly. I later saw these loudmouths help some of the ladies & overheard them talk crap about the ladies they just helped in Spanish (don't want to mention it here) after she thanked them & walked away. I thought they were rude, obnoxious morons that lacked manners & professionalism, and I wondered why a place as nice as that would hire these 2 assholes that had no manners & no customer service skills.The Asian guys there were a lot more well-mannered, professional, & customer-oriented - they didn't let those 2 live speakerphones distract them & were focusing on helping me and others. Looks like HR didn't do a good job in hiring people with customer service skills. This is a nice place to shop at but the next time I stop by, I do not want these racists to help me with my fish purchases.I hope management reads these bad reviews b/c it would be unwise to lose customers to these morons, especially more and more people nowadays would prefer to come back to a place with good customer service than one with poor customer service. Our society has evolved into a more customer-service-oriented one, so I recommend that your business will evolve soon if you still want to compete and stay in business. Thanks.
