Amazing ramen and rice bowls!!! Ordered the shoyu ramen with the pork rice bowl and it might be one of my top 5 lunch decisions. It starts you off with a salad that was heavy enough on its own. I couldn't even finish it cause I needed to save room! The shoyu ramen was flavorful and rich. The garlic on the side is super strong but I did not hesitate to dump all of it. The true showstopper was the pork rice bowl. This was a whole meal on its own! The pork was charred and grilled perfectly and the sauce that dripped into the rice was to die for! I love the savory mix of flavors and I couldn't get enough. The only thing that didn't look very good was the poke rice bowl. My friend got it and he didn't get much tuna out of it, just a ton of rice. Wish I got a photo! Spent around $30+ for my meal but it was well worth it. Couldn't be happier!

My favorite ramen spot in the OC! This is the closest ramen spot to what they have in Japan! The broth is super flavorful and the meat is very tender! And for an extra $7 you can make it a combo with a salad and rice bowl which is worth it because both are delicious! Service is always good. They add a 16% service charge automatically but you can ask to get it removed. It's a bit smaller of a place but there usually isn't too long of a wait.

Vibes: soft lighting, very flattering. I came here for dinner. Shoyu Ramen: 5/5 I honestly wasn't expecting to enjoy this so much. The noodles were great and the broth was bomb. This ramen definitely stood out in a good way!! Quality and flavor was above many ramens I've had in a while.

I have been here a few times and they never disappointment. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and attentive. The inside seating area is pretty small but there are a good amount of seating. My go-to dish is the Tonkotsu Ramen with the black garlic oil. If you like garlic, definitely order this oil. The broth is very well balanced and delicious. The chicken Katsu was amazing as well. They were very tender and juicy. The dipping sauce complimented the dish well too. I highly recommend this place and it is our favorite ramen place!

The best ramen in the area! I'm pretty picky when it comes to ramen, so I don't buy it often at all. Instead I make my own, but my co-worker highly recommended this place, and boy am I glad! I prefer the soy sauce and bone broth base so I went with the Shoyu Ramen, and it is goooooood! Especially with all the fixings and that tender pork meat! Super flavorful and filling!

The quality of the ramen and broth is incredible at this location. They seem to have a full on kitchen compared to the hidden location in Orange, which can oftentimes be difficult to find and if busy, no one will come out to open the door and let you in. Ambiance is nice, the servers are quite friendly and there is actually alcohol including some house wines and house sake!

So glad HiroNori continues to expand as each location is fairly small and there are generally decent wait times during peak hours. Tonkatsu Ramen ($17): Creamy broth and ramen noodles topped with cooked spinach, half soft boiled egg, pork chashu, bean sprout, seaweed, and chopped green onions. Delicious and hearty for a cold day. Definitely hits the spot and even tastier a little added garlic + house spicy sauce (complimentary). Spicy Cold Dipping Noodle ($16.40): Cold noodles, chili oil dashi broth, pork chashu, bean sprouts, cooked spinach, half soft boiled egg, and bamboo. This is one of my favorite bowls at HiroNori! I love the concept of dipping the noodles and toppings in the cold broth - very flavorful. $6.90 combo addition to include a side salad and mini chicken rice bowl. The mini chicken bowl did not come with an egg and considering it was chicken thigh, it felt pretty dry. We were seated promptly since there was a lot of open tables during the weekday, however, it did start to pick up a little bit around noon / 12:30pm. The food did take fairly long and we noticed several tables who arrived/ordered after get their food before ours. Nonetheless, great food a spot worth checking out.

We decided to go to this Hironori location since the Irvine location was packed (it was a Saturday evening). The inside of the restaurant was very interesting with a wood aesthetic. We ordered the tonkatsu ramen which had a rich soup, chashu, greens, and half an egg. I love how the egg was soft boiled and flavor as it gave different type of sweetness to the dish. The chashu was really tasty but I will say the soup is very rich and gets tiring after eating the dish. I would still come to try the other dishes!

Had this place before at their Gardena Location and it was pretty good. Came here over the past weekend because we were craving some ramen to feel our hunger needs. So we decided to give this location a try. Upon arrival we got seated right away , now the seating is everything they had so many open tables but yet they had us sitting right in front of the kitchen. So the servers would always walk behind me because I was the one facing towards the kitchen, kind of almost felt like I was gonna get hit in the back whenever they would walk by. Kind of wish they sat us away from the kitchen but it's ok. Either then that the service was pretty good. When the food arrived it was pretty quick. The bowls aren't super big so it was easy to finish the whole bowl of ramen. It was pretty flavorful if you add a bit of garlic in the mix or if you want something spicy make sure to ask for the chili oil on the side. All and all it was a subpar experience . Thank you HiroNori for a great meal !

I recently dined at Hiro Nori Ramen, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The ramen broth was incredibly rich and thick, which I appreciated, but you definitely have to get the black oil garlic on the side as it lacks a bit of flavor sometimes. It's not as consistent the few times I have gone now and this is more recent. If you're a fan of appetizers or looking to try something new, Hiro Nori's bao buns are a must-try. The ramen is worth a shot if you enjoy thick broths, but the flavor might leave you wanting more.Service is speedy - they have to be since it's like 12 seats hahaha
