HiroNori Craft Ramen in Sand Canyon is a must-visit for ramen lovers and food enthusiasts alike. Service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who ensure a top-notch dining experience. Isabella, in particular, is fantastic and makes you feel truly welcome.If there's one area for improvement, it would be the restroom. With only one available, it could be kept a bit cleaner. However, this small drawback doesn't take away from the overall experience.For outstanding food, great service, and a comfortable dining setting, HiroNori Craft Ramen - Sand Canyon is a winner!

We went to HoriNori yesterday for dinner. It was so good! It was my first time having ramen. Wow! I ordered the Vegan Ramen with thick noodles. Yummy! It is very small, but there is plenty of seating outside. We did join the waitlist on our way there and we only waited for about 5 minutes. Service was good. Food was super delicious. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Came here on a Sunday night while we were craving some ramen. It's inside a plaza with plenty of parking. The place is extremely small and when we went pretty busy. Expect to sit outside unless the timing is right and you may get a table inside when you order. You wait outside in line as they have signs saying one group inside ordering at a time for dine in, which some people will ignore. Takeout you can use the kiosk or wait until your order is ready. I noticed a lot of people coming and going picking up. Once you order and grab your number, free water is provided on the right of the counter. Service was extremely friendly and food came out very fast. I got the tonkatsu with corn added. One of the better ramen's I had in South OC. Flavorful, good amount of pork and a half egg. Inside, the hot sauce is on the table to make it spicier. Portion size is good. One thing to note is they request no tipping as they add 10% on the bill. They mention it again as you checkout and it's nice that they are upfront about it. Would come again.

I want to start off by saying that I absolutely love the ramen at Hironori in Irvine on Michelson. I consider it the best tonkotsu ramen in Orange County, and I've tried just about all of them. What I don't like about the Michelson location is the lack of parking during peak hours, so you can imagine how thrilled I was when I discovered this location on Sand Canyon!I had been to this shopping center before, thanks to See's Candies, so I knew there was ample parking available. Hubby & I went for dinner and upon arrival, we realized just how small the interior is. There are only 2-3 tables inside, and a few outside. This location seems to do a lot of take-out orders, though.We were lucky to snag a table, and the food came out fast. The staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable, however they do tack on a 10% optional service charge. They ask your permission before they charge you , and you can certainly say no if you want to.Hubby & I both ordered the tonkotsu ramen with black garlic oil, and he ordered extra noods. It came out piping hot, and the broth was just as delicious as their other location. The char siu was also perfectly cooked, and the rest of the ingredients (ramen egg, bean sprouts, etc) were tasty.We left with happy, full bellies, and didn't think twice about it until several hours later when we both had unpleasantries coming out the other end. Since that was the only meal that we both ate the same thing of that day, we knew the food poisoning must've come from the ramen that we both ate.. Hubby called the restaurant and spoke with the Asst. Manager, who refunded one of the meals for us. I'm sure this doesn't happen often, but it was bad enough for us to reconsider returning there in the near future. As I mentioned, we love Hironori ramen in general, and would definitely go to their other locations.

My favorite ramen spot! The pork belly and eggs are cooked perfectly. The broth is so creamy. I like that you are able to choose between thin or thick noodles. Everything is made so well and you can tell they put a lot of time and care into their ingredients. I come to this ramen spot very often and they always do a fantastic job. I usually take the ramen to go because there is only limited indoor seating and I don't like to eat outside.

Came with family on a Sunday afternoon and we all opted for the vegan ramen, since some of us were vegetarian. *Vegan Ramen: 5/5- super creamy, milky, but pretty mild in flavor -- however, I added some white pepper and the house spicy sauce which made the meal even better. the best part wasn't even the broth itself, but the roasted broccolini on top!Service: 5/5- quick and accommodating -- wanted to sit inside since it was so cold; let them know that we wouldn't mind waiting for the table inside to be cleaned up and they were able to clean it up quickly even though they were extremely busy for the lunch rushOverall, an establishment that I would come back to

Heard many great things about this place so decided to check it out. Located in a plaza with many other food shops right next door, but noticed that 80% of the people were eating this ramen! There is plenty of seating outside where this ramen place as well as other vendors will bring out the food to you if you choose outside seating. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful weather and wanted the fresh air. My bf and I both ordered the shoyu ramen and I added the garlic and house spicy sauce to mine which were free! Service was pretty good, they brought out the food at an efficient time and did check on us throughout the meal even though we were seated outside. The ramen was incredibly flavorful and I could see why it is popular. I would rate it a 7.5/10 as I have had better but it is still a good ramen spot to checkout. Total came to $38 for two bowls bc they automatically add a 10% gratuity fee. Great place and location! Check it out if you are in the mood for ramen!

The food is very tasty. The space inside is very small and it's very crowded . What I didn't like about the restaurant is that it wasn't clean. I set inside and the bench I set in had dust and was dirty. We were the first customers in the restaurant ( 11:30am) so it wasn't due to other customers. The bathroom wasn't clean and the curtain in the entrance to the bathroom is dirty as well. So overall tasty food but not clean and also extremely loud.

As you can see from the photo, our family ate everyhthing!I personally got the spicy tuna rice bowl and it was spectacular! Rice was perfectly made, salad well seasoned, and 2 heaping scoops of tuna. You definitely get what you pay for.Ambiance wise, tables were a little close to each other but not much to improve there.Service was spectacular, especially from the red haired girl at the register.Food came out hot and fast. For that, they deserve 5 stars!

It's always a delight going here! You can always expect exceptional service with the delicious food. The tonkatsu ramen with the bao buns are my favorite combo. Vibes are always amazing, would bring more of my friends here!
